Yes I can... [hide][/hide] 100+ def, still with 9 magic atk. At 70+ magic only 9 magic attack doesnt really matter when fighting pkers with full rune. But the 100+ def does

Superheat mith/addy would have extremely low loss and sometimes a gain. But its only around 30-37.5k xp/hr depending if you do mith or addy. See guide in sig for exact profits/losses.

I would say pking is the best, just make sure you play in bounty +1 worlds. And at your stats you should make quite a few kills with them.

Make food items that are untradeable and require high cooking levels (90+) to cook that heal 25+ ex. cooking lvl healing amount 95 25 98 30 untradeable and hard to get (like a fish that requires 95+ fish in the wildy, or a 100 lvl slayer monster that drops meat like a cow does that requires 85+ slayer)

+1 150k and 30 fog tokens ever once in a while is not worth it for +1 def bonus and 4 str unless you have money to spare

In THAT case... Superheat mith is about 1000/hr if your cocentrated so 53000xp/hr for mith, steel will be maybe ~1200/hr so 63k xp/hr for steel I heard iron is 80k xp/hr but you make a loss.

If your magic level is 59 then you should not expect to beat a player "around your level" that is level 69 A level 30-40 player owns with 59 magic At level ~69 you should be going for 85 magic (teleblock) and fight yew cutters wearing full zammy (I saw one once in pvp world) Its 17 (18?) with the magic ale (cant remenber name atm) F2P magic peaks at 85 (unfortunately)

Having seen posts like this for years its now my turn :-D I thought i could just browse through 5 months of updates but come to find out thats alot. Whats happened (or will be happening) in the last 5 months? preferably for f2p, I've already seen the iron ore smithing upgrade, the magic ale giving 9% magic damage upgrade, and the new skill coming out.

Why on earth are you smithing gold ore???? You would make/save 1.6mil if you sell the ore and buy the bars and get smithing up some other way
