What are your goals for 2011?
Same goals as this year. 80+ in all stats, except attack and defense, 99 strength, 95 dungeoneering, 95 magic, 85 mining. Peak at 300M bank value, 200M final bank value (80 prayer is going to cost at least 100M).

More USA documents get released by Wikileaks
In your hypothetical situation, say the news service found my identical twin, who is not at fault. Or some guy 10 miles away that looks like me. Then they'd be responsible for what happened to the innocent individual. They'd be held responsible, sure. That doesn't and can't happen with Anon, which is another reason to dislike "them".

Are you saying that those with proof were targets of anon? EDIT: There's a story I read on the internet, an example given for what an actual DDOS is, instead of a DOS. A student at a university did not like a professor he had, and received a failing grade in his class. The student then went on several different websites, created various profiles for that professor (filling in everything), and then trolled with those profiles (posting offensive things on serious websites, mostly stuff about making and distributing kiddy porn). The professor's email started filling up. The professor began receiving hate mail, threatening phone calls. The professor had no idea why this went on, but could no longer live their current life or keep their job for fear of their safety (eventually had to change name and address). Everyone that participated in the "internet justice" didn't realize they were duped. Proof can be faked, easily enough. Anon, collectively speaking, has a mob mentality, and is because of this is unstable.

Mage needs to soak more of melee, if we'll make any part of the triangle. Wasn't expecting this update to do much, and I'm glad it doesn't.

Not intentionally, which is different than what they're doing. I fixed it, btw. I just plain don't like anon. If I don't log in again in 3 weeks, it'll be because anon DDOS'd me. Which aspect are you most displeased about? I'll give you a hypothetical. Furah, I just don't plain like you. I'm going to figure out your address, your place of work, find your IP address, and post it for anon. Good luck over the next couple hours, you'll likely to be terrorized by random people that only know of you because I told them you're "bad". I can feed them bull crap information too, like you abuse baby seals, and your torment will last that much longer. No, I'm not going to do that, but I hope you get the idea I'm trying to convey. As apolitical, anarchist or freedom-oriented anon thinks they are, they don't realize that they're just being used by someone else for precisely those reasons they hate the most.

"Use misleading tags, everything from Tea Party" I petition all parents of the world to kick their pale-skinned teenaged sons and or daughters out of their basements, and force them to get a real job. The quickest way to stamp out this nonsense is to make them get a real job.

If I had a million dollars....
The question then becomes, which one? :shades:

If I had a million dollars....
I'd love a pair of bose in ear audio headphones. Cost $99 at best buy.

If I had a million dollars....
I'd buy a green dress, but not a real green dress, that's cruel. Starting this thread because I think it'd be a good discussion about random junk. [hide=How this thread works] There will be an item category in the subtitle of this thread, and listed under "current item." Please post the make/model of the item that you want. Money is not an issue here, so go big or go home! If you already own that item, and do not want a different one, you can post what you have and talk about how special you are for not wanting something else. Please supply a link to a website that sells it or an image of that item. Also share anything you want about that item (anyone you know that owns it, how much it'd cost, why you'd buy it instead of a different item, etc.) Also, if you're posting in this thread for the first time / you missed previous items, you can include those in your posts (just put them in hide tags) [hide=How to change the item] Two days after the thread goes dormant (no new posts on the most recent item for more than 24 hours), the next person to post can change the item to whatever they want. If you change the item, you must post what you want. Unless you're a mod (or special like me), you're not allowed to modify this thread's subtitle or post  . However, don't let that discourage you! Post the new item clearly at the top of a new post, and feel free to PM me or another active moderator to get the subtitle and current item changed. That way, this thread will stay active. If the thread doesn't update in 30 minutes, don't panic! I'm not on this forum 24/7, and this is a pretty low priority thread to moderators. If you're picking an item please keep a few things in mind- -Keep it G rated. (if you mind talking to your parents, grand parents, younger siblings, and three random strangers about it, chances are it doesn't belong as a category) -No repeats, please (there are literally hundreds of thousands of things you can post... be creative!) -keep it generic (bad:iPod. good: portable music player) [/hide] [/hide] EDIT: This thread is not about what you'd do if your rich grandpa died and you inherited a large sum of money, or if you won a lottery, more of "If cost was no object, what would you own and why?" [hide=History of Items:] Ear buds, Headphones Automobile Cell/Mobile Phone Television House / Place of residency [/hide] Current Item: Boat / Yacht

I thought that it was pretty much the classic hero portrait: staring above and beyond the comprehension of mere mortals. Assange looks like he's thinking, "How bad will my butt hurt when I get jailed and drop the soap in the shower?" Other inmates at the jail Julian is being held are actually slipping notes of support under his door <3: Also, there were some good posters about prison rape Who said anything about prison rape  Did you know what "dropping the soap" meant when you used it...? Well, he drops the soap, which makes a slippery spot, so he falls and hurts his butt. ...right? Or gets whipped by a rolled up towel... Lotsa things can happen when your backside is raised for the world to see...

Yeah I know there's no reason to really, I probably wouldn't have taken it if I had the overall decision. The scores on the PSAT are all whacked and different than the SAT for whatever reason. Reading 62, Math 53, Writing 63. So I don't know if that just gets multiplied by 10 or what. PSATs are used for National Merit Scholarships, being a finalist in Indiana basically gets you a full ride to Purdue or IU. I don't know about elsewhere, but I'm guessing its significant. Its good practice to take it when its offered in your sophomore year so you're not surprised by it in your junior year.

Philosophy, Riddles and complete mind[bleep]s
No. If nothing can be impossible, then impossibility isn't possible, therefore not anything can be possible. You're using language wrong. "Can be" does not mean "is". Also, you're using Boolean operators incorrectly.

God didn't appoint these people, so they have no authority in His eyes. Of course, you wouldn't understand that passage because the only bits of Christianity you understand are the ones that Hitler liked to quote, or any of the left blogosphere. You'd think that Paul, the person that wrote that passage wouldn't have been beheaded by the Romans. But he was. I don't see how Christianity applies to Wikileaks. How about you create your own thread instead of derailing every single other one?

The Effects of Raising The Cost of Higher Education.
As a resident of Indiana, I pay about $9070 (plus an "Engineering difference fee", which is about $800) a year to go to Purdue University. If I lived in any other state, I'd pay $26,622 a year. Purdue University is a public school. Another school I considered going to was Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which is a private school. Tuition alone for Rose is $36,270 a year. The more expensive schools in America cost upwards of $50,000 a year. If tuition in America tripled for every school, only people with wealthy parents or people looking to become wealthy would ever attend (we'd see fewer and fewer liberal arts degrees). I don't agree with the idea that everyone deserves a college education, and I feel that some degrees are a waste of time. That said, I do believe that someone with the motivation to complete a degree should not be stopped by factors such as wealth, but part of that also is the guarantee they'd pay back all their debt. You may view it as your cost of higher education tripling, but I see it as it increasing by $9000 a year, or going from a community college to a state school or a state school to a private school.
