Well from about 85-99 it costs about 37mil? You should use red chins, since well there better and i'm sure you can spare some cash, and yes, your plan to stop at 98 is very logical. Not much of a difference at 98 and 99, so you should definitely consider making your money back at arma or sara.

At 110+ it gets a little easier after you join a good pc clan, and by good I mean decent, your far better off training something else, I suggest you max out defence and keep on ranging to get to you 99hp.. pcing it would not give you any advantages as you would training it alongside some other melee skill.

Do NOT buy guthans, that method is old and outdated. Bring a couple hundred diamond(e) for jad/360s.

Well, you do have 85wc, if anything go for 99 in that, it will get you some money which you could either spend to get other 99s or some decent armour and such.

You should see if you can get your hands on chaos gauntlets, and use fire bolt...

You could spend like 5-7mil and stun your way, but it will take a loooong time.

Melee and range can both be trained with slayer, and you can get a lot of charms through that, as for mage you can choose to high alch things, or mage things to gain hp exo too like maging metals.

Some possible items you can look into are statius war hammers, theyre ability to reduce defence with their special is very useful at corp.

Rc, and do farming runs...

Get your mage, range and prayer up around your melees, aka 80 range, 70 prayer, 80 mage.

If you are looking to be cost effective and make the most out of you money, don't solo, find a team/duo/trio. Then once you can afford the best gear and can play around with some cash i suggest soloing.

overall I would go with avainsies. Do avainsie till about 85 then spend what you got chinning, dont stop at 85, aim for 90 even 95 for soloing.

Try slayer? Monsters in the SOS, green dragons for cash, any sort of giant, Also try getting a rune deffender, the process might get you some defence levels aswell.
