Finally did the Fremmy Trials. I wasn't in the mood for questing anymore, so I decided to do some fletching. Still working on it at the moment, the I'm going to try and get my combat lv. up to 85 for smoking kills, then slay till I can buy the ability to fletch broad bolts for profit and easy xp.

To do any serious boss hunting (Nex, Corp, etc) you need near maxed cb, the herblore levels for overloads, and millions in gear. For now your best moneymaker would probably be green dragons with herb runs in between trips.

Cleaning herbs is welfare herblore, and often it's hard to sell the herbs you cleaned for a higher price, even if the GE price is higher. Maples cut rather slow, you'd be better off buying them off the GE, as they're only 50gp each. The cheapest phat is purple at like 1.4b (Probably higher street), so even if you can find a method that makes you 1m and hour, that's still 1400 hours of playtime, and even if you managed to do that by the time you get all the money the price will likely have risen even higher. Your only options really are Merching, getting lucky Staking or getting a few lucky PvM drops.

There's a balance between punishment and rehabilitation that's difficult to attain. One one hand, if there isn't any significant punishment there is no deterrence from committing crimes, other than ones morals. On the other hand, if you don't rehabilitate criminals then jails become revolving doors, because once the criminal leaves jail he has no options other than committing more crimes. That said this really is a special case. Someone who killed 91 people, especially children, clearly isn't fit to be a part of normal society. I think Norway's system is rather good though. If the 21 years comes up and he still isn't fit to reenter society, he can be kept locked up for 5 more years, then 5 more until he can be safely released, and to be honest i can't see him being released until he is in his old age, 30+ years down the road.
