I'm taking a CS introductory course this semester. I got a few books on python to get ready, even though it says you need no experience. I'm still having trouble getting to being able to write programs longer than a few lines though.

They need to introduce a longer tutorial; the main reason there are so many spambots it because it literally takes 2 minutes to make a new charterer and get him spamming the GE. There is even a bot that makes new accounts and sends them to the GE for you. If we had a revamped tutorial island that was exciting for newbies and took about 30 minutes, we'd see a lot less spambots.

Nope. If I ever have to take a class where I need to write in tnr, I'm doing the entire thing in Arial then closing my eyes, changing the font, and never looking at it again. It as to be the second most disgusting font out there (Behind Comic Sans MS)

I canceled my p2p after the refer a friend [cabbage]. I was just going to keep paying through the school year; accumulating loyalty points, but now I really can't justify wasting my money. Lately I've been fletching and enchanting Emerald Bolts. Its decent money and xp, plus its fairly mindless and easy to do while watching tv or Youtube. I'm going to burn maples during BXPW, and maybe do some attack pots during the first bit. My membership runs out on the 10th, so I'll get a good 2 days in before I return to botland.
