Pick up 4Gb of RAM. It's like $25 for DDR3, or a bit more if you are back on DDR2. Don't bother trying to use it with the old stuff, you're better off just getting rid of it. Look up how many watts your PSU will put out. For a decent card you're going to need about 450-600, plus 1-2 6 pin PCI-e power cables. You can use 2 of the old 4 pin round cables on a mid range card, but it's less than preferable. Now check to see if you have a PCI-e 16x slot. If you are on AGP, you'll have a hard time finding any decent modern card. If you have all these, you should look at getting a Radeon HD 5770; they are around $100 right now and preform very well for the price. If you don't have a very strong PSU, consider this card. It will play most games at lowered resolutions, and doesn't need an external power adapter (It pulls all the power it needs from the PCI-e slot).

Canada>USA for internet pricing. I get about 8 down 1 up unlimited for $40 here. As long as you can stream 1080p video, I'd consider no cap more important than speed anyways. Of course it depends how many people use the internet at once, and if it's going to be unreliable it's not even worth it.

I find the comment quality on small (5-20k view) videos is far better than on popular ones like Epicmealtime or FPSrussia. Music videos have to be the worst though.

660kbps is far better than the 56 you get with dial up. You could look into getting a 3G or 4G access point, but those cost a lot and are often capped at stupidly low amounts (512mb or 1gb), plus you can only use them on one computer at a time. Do you have a data cap? Because if not, $65 for 5mbps isn't that bad. I'd turn the wii off when it's not in use, I find even having an ipod or console idle on wifi cuts speeds dramatically.

Have you seen the game play trailer? It looks pretty awesome, if you like freedom in a sandbox game. The guy in the demo found a cannon on a car and filled it with people and shot them into a building to kill them. Not to mention the giant purple dildo he used to beat some old woman with lmao. Yeah, it looked pretty sick. The graphics look as good or better than GTA4 too.

I found a Saints Row 1&2 collection for $20 in the states last week. All I can say is if they can improve from 2-3 as much as they did from 1-2, it will be hands down the best sandbox game ever.
