I always thought that if you weren't in trouble, you could buy a disk and step into the hole to look at the ones who were? Then again, my knowledge is second hand so I might not be right -.- . Ball is right, you could not buy a disk if you proved you did nothing wrong.. Jagex got sick of people asking them to put them in the "Black hole" so they made one in the mines where you could buy the disk so you could teleport out... kinnna pointless :wall:
