well, the c-bow is alredy very accurate and powerful, but fairly slow, so i say use rapid, becasue it wont make much of a dif in hits, but will be faster, so better xp. My 2 cents.

It takes 72,000 runite ore to get 99 mining from 85(approx). I have heard that about 200 mined per day is an accomplishment. That would take 360 days. You can get 30,000 xp an hour powermining iron.That would be 300 hours. Much less than 360 days.

You can get on the RSOF, you jsut cant post. Just look for somebody selling/buying what you want, and pm them. Yes, you wc is much to low for yews. Train on wilows.

Rapid is better, becuase it is faster xp. It may be more expensive, but say it saves you half an hour. You can use that 1/2 an hour gained to make the extra money lost back.
