I personally like theh speed of the Rune crossbow + Mith/addy bolts... not that expensive.

I bought 2k Grimy avantoes at the GE for 1.1k ea (grimy are cheaper) and then collect my own Mort myre fungi. Use those Sup energies for agility, Rc, or whatever you can think of. This is one of the most cost efficient methods I believe. Hope this helps.

Well, most people get it from merchanting. Other ways include runecrafting natures at lv 91+ runecrafting using the Abyss... Or... some break the rules... :shame:

Try training on ogres on Fire giants or even on Ogres beneath the Chaos druids underground ardougne.

I would personally range them using rune crossbow+ mithril bolts and bank using Falador tele, you really don't need ranger set, arma, ect...
