It's not really KC that matters, its the amount of times you kill each monster. So try to kill 1 Spider, 1 Bloodworm, 1 rat, 1 skeleton, and 1 of each Brother.

Rune defender is very nice especially the 20+ slash bonus really goes good with a whip.

I don't use them to recover my stamina just for the hell of it, I will use it to train skills, more idea please.
