  1. My guide in my sig.
  2. Black demons = xp, Waterfiends = Charms. I would personally melee them, but you could range them though. ALWAYS Range pot, and you should use a safespot. No, don't range them! Not at 80 range! I often drop triple stacks of bolts(meaning some disappear) when I'm potted above 95. I would never go to waterfiends with that low of a range level, or really at all when ranging. Just do whichever you can stand longer tbh. Dusties and black demons are about equal. OK, might do dusties for the possible chain :) And what ranged would I need for fiends. I would recommend 85+, and currently, Waterfiends is by far the highest Charms/hour from Ranging so there is still a reason to do Waterfiends.

I don't understand the difference between a cheap and a strong projectile. :?: Powershielding comes out much quicker too, and it also ends faster, so yeah, it's usually the best.

Reflector shield is your easiest solution. Take Pit, Fox, Wolf, or Falco. If you take Pit, you can also camp back since Toon Link can reflect (although his shield can deflect). what is DI and punish :( DI=Directional Influence. Every attack has it. Whenever you do an attack, you have the chance to influence which direction you move in the air (hence the name). When you are launched, the idea is to DI your fastest aerial move and move your character toward the 2 corners of the screen. That way, you need to fly farther to get KO'd and your chances to survive are higher. If you wanna try it out, take MK (don't kill me for saying that Ray :P ). When you are at about 100% and get launched, keep doing your Uair attack 3-4 times. You will move to the upper corners and most likely not die (unless you get RPG'd by Snake or something). That's the idea. It's most evident in MK and Marth (fair for Marth), but I personally think DI helps MK the most, esp. since right after you can go into a glide and get back onto the offensive. Punish is simply unleashing your attacks on your opponent after they finish an attack with huge cool down lag. Ex. If your opponent is Lucas and does an usmash. There's a huge window of him when he is helpless, and you can take advantage of this time to do whatever you want. If he's at a low percent, you can set up a combo, like Chain Jacket with Sheik (still can't get it right! ). If he's at a high percent, you'd probably want to charge a smash. Actually, this isn't DI, DI is when you push a direction on the analog stick, and you'll fly in that trajectory. You're thinking about SDI. http://www.smashboards.com/showthread.php?t=221969 DI guide. Anybody up for some Brawl?

    A) Camp back. B) Approach. If you choose B, if he does his upb on your then DI and punish. I like to DI to the right/left and up. And if you're Luigi, you might be able to smack a nair in between his upB when you DI.

I read your posts... didn't I just prove I read your posts when you said I didn't?

Saying Tip.it has problems is just avoiding the real problem. You have to accept when you're wrong.

How do you argue opinions without any facts? More opinions...? How is Snake unfinished? Edit: You shoot Falco's laser from afar. You are officially a noob. Tell me, what are projectiles used for then?
  11. Inuashakent replied to Caxis's topic in Off-Topic
It's an opinion; I understand that. An opinion holds no weight and should not be argued without evidence. I guess you don't know the meaning of approach, and this is why you continue to believe Captain Falcon doesn't suck.
  12. Inuashakent replied to Caxis's topic in Off-Topic
That makes no sense,... whoever camps sucks? So you expect Pikachu to willingly give up his good position and run up to a Bowser? Edit; Your arguments are being less based on facts and now on opinions like unfair and impossibilities, when they obviously aren't.

Don't have Brawl but I practice at a friends house who has no Wifi :wall: Isn't Boost Smashing a DAUCUS? You just run, press the C stick Down (I'm guessing the yellow stick on the Gamecube control) , then press Z(grab button?) and up? Dash attack (U) canceled up smash. Forgot what the U was :?

And yeah Mano, delayed 3 times doesnt mean hes finished. He obviously wasnt thought over completely, take the tilts? A guy like snake who basically uses explosives and neck-crackingness in his games shouldnt be able to do that O_o Well yeah, I agree his range should have been much shorter. Snake is cheap kent, deal with it ok? There really is no denying the fact that he has the most epicly cheap groundgame. (MK hasnt got the cheapest GROUND game :P) He's definitely strong, given his high placement in the tier list... but he has many weaknesses. The problem with him is that there are too many characters that can take advantage of that (Pika, Falco, Rob, DK, MK) that are all counter picks, unlike MK which has NONE. A character's strengths lie in matchups, that's all. Anyway, I'm wondering if my sheik is better than my toon link now, I have a pretty decent sheik. Got a sick-as tether gimp on Fox the other day, just slided off the edge and side B, bam, owned. lol.
  16. As long as you keep playing RS, you will definitely train it eventually.

Disjointed hitbox is when you can hit an opponent even when your character doesn't make contact. For example, Marth's upsmash, he spends his sword straight up, but for some reason it can hit people who are standing to the side of him. You slide by dashing then quickly going to an upsmash charge. While charging, you continue to slide. Those are right, but to simplify it, basically the hitboxes (where your attacks hit) are not connected to what it APPEARS to be. For example, Snakes knee during his forward tilt seems to go 1 feet in front of him, but there is an invisible hitbox that actually goes another foot. If you know all the character's hitboxes, this really isn't an advantage. And for boost smashing, simply Usmash while dashing. The easiest way is by csticking down then pressing up and z. Youtube will give you a great video example. I'm up to 1v1 anybody.

Yeah, Snake's is a very good approach. I'm not saying Shiek's is better, but it goes farther so you can't just isolate Snake and label him as broken because of that ability. Yeah because we all know Meta Knight is a broken son of a gun. -.- We're talking about Boost Smashing. :?:
  19. No, he's not lucky. They're EXTREMELY rare. Your friend is EXTREMELY lucky. My brother got 3 within 100 kills, and he never talked to him.
  20. With higher range (I know nobody here has it :XD: ) and Void, Obby rings, Range pray and Pots I get over 700k/hour here. I have no idea what the real number was, but it was very high. Without higher range, though, I would personally just do both and alternate as I got bored, they both make good $.

  22. DFS = Useless, Rune defender is far better. Whip is almighty, don't bother with a GS except for specs. As for Bandos, it's a tiny bit better than Barrows (VERY TINY) and sometimes even worse, especially if you're not powertraining. Barrows is like 3-5k repairs an hour for top and bottom. I personally wouldn't bother with Armadyl, just get Void.
  23. Inuashakent replied to Caxis's topic in Off-Topic
Almost every character can do that with their upsmash. Snake's, however, is the most noticeable. In reality, most characters can. Snake's is the most noticeable, but other characters like Shiek can travel even farther while doing their USmash. What do you mean by unfinished? I didn't know there were rats that shoot lightning. Also, a lot of characters have disjointed hitboxes, it doesn't really help unless your opponent is a noob. (Long reach is useful disjointed =/= long) Snake is unpredictable in the air? Are you kidding me? With snake high in the air, you can airdodge, bair, jump... not much options, eh? Why would you SH bair when ftilt is faster and has a longer reach?
  24. Obviously, Waterfiends get's a lot faster if you have higher combat, but so does Slayer. If you plan on training Slayer long term, just start now, yu'll have 99 Sum by 99 Slayer.
  25. Black demons>greater demons. Better charms, better melee xp, no wild dogs, less competition. It costs a bit at lower levels but then again you barely break even at greaters. Last time I checked Greaters were faster charms/hour, since they're so weak. I'm pretty sure blacks are better. And they are much better combat xp. Once the dogs go unagressive Greaters are fast. But I don't have tons of experience with Blacks since I started skipping them around 80 slayer, then blocking them once Smoking Kills came out. There's not enough spot and there's too many people.
