go to the zammy ncampment ones (they work best).. put on zammy stole as ur zammy item wear full prosylete cept helm of neitiznot whip would be ur weapon rune defender dragon boots barrows gloves you can switch it up a bit i guess... don't forget to pray mage and bring prayer potions :) they are actually very simple and dont be surprised to get over 2 pairs of d boots during ur trip :P gl

So basically i know that def exp is 4 exp ever 10 hit but what is the hp exp per every 10 hit? im rly thinking of getting 99 def and 99 hp same time

Barbarian Fishing and recently I spotted this cool method a guy showed me where every time you catch a leaping fish, alch it then continue. He told me it was the fastest exp. and I haven't yet tried it out but maybe it is something you could...

i don't rly think ancients is worth it at your magic level so just either slayer dart, and whip them or you can try sally.

hm... well you cant pray aviansies with 1 prayer even thought u have decent range so think about getting ur def up then tanking aviansies some decent money for ur levels

Took me freagin hours to maneuver the freagin dungeon and I had a slayer ring at that time... when I found out u could tele there i was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ticked it took me longer than underground pass =.= was so confusing

Oh yeah I forgot to mention that and a good way to do this is is buy the stuff in Curlimancers Chest, wide variety, easy to spot and cheap :)

I say go for slayer because you get slayer exp and summoning exp along the way and in the end you gonna want to train those stats anyway so its like (random phrase alert) knocking down 2 birds... correction 3 birds with 1 stone. Plus your not rly focusing on the exp but instead finishing the task so it goes alot faster. I've been slaying from 78def to 97 def which i just got recently if you look at my sig and it rly is awesome :thumbsup: quite profitable too :D

You'll probably have to wait a while for them to rise back up however a good idea is the Curlimancer's Chest in lumbridge cellar which have like a stock of 100 i believe.

I prefer ZMI runecrafting because its efficient and pretty fun to do with friends and on lunars you can repair your pouches with the contact npc thing to talk to the mage. anyways its around 1k per trip so its around hmm haven't done this in a long time i think 30-50k exp a hr? someone correct me if im wrong. Method i use is an abyssal familiar and i teleport to ourania only. I use fire runes to bank at the man carrying the huge bag o.o After a run i tele to ourania, drop all useless runes, rune down bank and repeat

I like CS because I don't miss out on things and I like the money and there is no such thing as blowing ur lsp in this case. Also, if you were to do ls and get the item wouldnt u have to spend a while selling it compared to cs just getting cash?

i heard on the rsof it is possible to get 200m exp in construction in like less than 24 hrs but it costs like 13b

I know you can use the unicorn stallion to heal urself of poison but when it does that does it act like a super anti where it keeps poison from affecting u again temporarily or is it just curing u once then if u do a poisonous thing u just get posioned again repatedly?

does the curses drain ur prayer faster than the normal prayer book? e.g. does the deflect melee drain prayer faster compared to the protection from melee in normal prayer book?
