Every time you kill a monkey they drop a bone. Do not let these bones stack in +3 piles instead pick them up and drop them nearby this will make the monkeys spawn from every bone instead of 1 spawn out of one pile and you need to wait until it spawns one more from that pile. If you don't understand the things written above just pick up the bones and spread them around you. Stay under the ledge just at all time, if you want a monkey from far away to get to you just throw one chinchompa at it and it will come to you. Basically anything that is not power trained in my opinion. Power trained=no respect=false cape I don't think anyone would mind being not respected for his cape if he can hit over 60. Myself I power trained ranged with chinchompas for 96 ranged, bear in mind that Ive collected them with hunter so I have all right to not sell them and blow them up at skellies :) I don't think there is a true way of training, some like the fastest money burning way, some like the middle way, and some like the money saving way. As long as you get the stats you want, and as long as you are happy with them, you won't need respect from total strangers who would call you a noob anyway because you don't wear a torags body. I didn't really get what the question is but I'll try. I think it pretty much just depends on damage and luck also if you get something the other person gets a better chance getting the next item (vice versa). Also I think the prices go on alch value (in the chance of getting an item worth alot).

The dagger have a shape of a machete right? and if it said it's "obsidian" when you examined it it's probably a "obby dagger" as we have a slang word for. To the question: yes berserker necklace affects it but it have a low max hit so the 20% does not really do much difference.
