Why I unplug them every night? well it's because I unplug everything else I don't use when I'm going to bed (not everything, a couple of things just) I made a new test after getting the "bs" "there were no problems answer" when i called the company. Edit: took wrong portal before.

Nope.

Well that's definitely slower than what your supposed to be getting. Try resetting your modem and your router. Unplug them and wait a couple of minutes then plug them back in, don't use the reset switch (if they have one). Edit: reminds me I unplug them every night.

Well I have a "2Mbit cable" and a couple of days ago everything went slower: Runescape lags Other internet games lag Used to be able to load Youtube movies without waiting for it...(watching while loading) Same for other various video sites. The funny thing is that we did not change anything like connection speed/computer/cables/etc. If anyone could help me find an answer for this it would be helpful. ~Vincent.
