There's no real way for them to fix manipulation. the only thing i could see them doing is changing prices based on what they see in the economy, instead of the GE doing it automatically, and adding items if one is bought out. or just removing the price limits outright *prays* if there was no +/- 5% bull[cabbage] then there would be no manipulation. there would be some, but not much. but they would be allowing some RWT. and what they need to do to stop those CC fraud crap is not accept IP's from china or any of the asian countries, or something of that stuff. but since i dont see that happening anytime soon, they're going to just keep the GE the way it is and probably impliment stronger buying/selling restrictions on items. All you need is more members if tighter restrictions are made, still meaning there's no real way to stop it at all. I'd like for someone to be able to come up with an acceptable fix, then I read what Mark says as true. They may say they will fix it, but I don't see that happening any time soon. Close down the manipulating cc's, I say. But, channels outside of Rs are untouchable so to speak unless they get the network admins to clamp down, too. Even then, you get in touch with the right people and you have have your own network for your channel.

I do think some of the usernames should be restored, and for people to be deleted their accounts would need to be pretty much empty, and innactive for 6+ months. I think it'd be a good thing, but in some cases bad... meh

This. I'm in no way a high level (112 p2p, 105 f2p.) but alot of people do ask me "Can I borrow your X" "Can I have your X" "Buying your X". (Yes, substitute "X" with an item.). And when you say simpy "No, sorry" You get harassed. "LOL NOOB BORROWED PHAT/GS)". That just pisses me off so so much. I do dislike when a "high level" will completely ignore you for no reason, just when you're asking a simple quesion or saying hi because you recognise them from tif. Especially when I'm training prayer, currently, I'm 93 prayer. Going to world 31 to use someones altar because I don't have my own you simply ask "Is there any house owners about with a Gilded altar?" or "Need use of a G Altar". Or someone either exits the house they're in to bank or similarly coming from the bank and you ask "Hey, InsertPersonsNameHere, Who's house are you using" And they just completely ignore you. You say "Why are we mean to noobs?" You, well, maybe not you in particular, make yourself hated. You may be the victim of a noob simply because of something you did on a previous day to them, or were being completely ignorant. What goes around comes around. You be nice to others, and you'll see everything change for you.

Jagex can do NOTHING serious about Manipulation clans, as the only way is to lock down on the Ge limits, which are already tough. Now, what you say about how manipulating clans work, isn't completely true. If it's a public channel, like Chessy018, CmRobins and that rubbish, well then, yes, the leader's going to prebuy. If it's a private channel, where you need "X" amount of money to join, and everyone trusts everyone, well then there's no prebuying. The members sometimes will dicuss what item to buyout next, which means there isn't even room for prebuying. Don't tarnish everyone with the one brush, if you have NO idea. Yes, I do run a manipulation channel, and am very proud of it & my members.

Today's updates don't appeal to me really, at all. The only thing I slightly like is more Red Chinchompas. :|
