We all know that Can't happen. The max is, as far as I've seen (odly enough) 48. Meaning the max possible could be 48 - 24 - 12 - 12 or something like that according to how I've seen the hits before. As I said, I've never seen something crazy like all 35+ hits. It can't happen. Some people are posting that this will be/should be nerfed. The price needs to be nerfed more so than the actual item.

No, that would take extra time to switch, you would be risking more items, and, really, the dragon claw spec has a lot better chance of hitting than a dds spec. Once you miss a hit, the 100%-50%-24%-26% theory goes out the window. and anyway, there are thousands of hits on vid that support the theory, and I don't see any for yours? When I used my claws I got the same result. They weren't random at all as I said numerous times before.

This kind of post is what this thread needs. I do believe there was a video posted back a page or two of Bwuk Im Pb in Bounty Hunter. That video will show you just how dangerous fighting against someone with claws is. Even on armour.

Ugh, why is there a topic made for every price change? Jowa_Dead , this is mainly the work of merchants. Everyone knew the Dragon Plate wasn't worth the price because of how common it was, so merchants bought out the chains. We all knew this, people would want the chains again because of how cheap they were compared to the chain and how overall, they looked better. Profit's a great thing.

I guess you just don't realise what the dragon claws can do, majicyugioh4. The claws spec drains 50% of the bar, does 4 hits at the same time. One drag claw special is equal to two Dragon Dagger specials. Why need poison when you can kill someone in two specs?(100% of the bar) There are alot of mixed opinions here between the Ags & The Dragon Claws. With my attack level (80) I mostly hit better with my Dragons Claws than my Ags. Ags's specs, alot of the time are pure luck while Dragon Claws hit pretty well. My favourite: The Dragon Claws you seem to be missing the point as with the ags you can hit in the 50's without the spec dragon claws rarely hit on decent armor and they dont hit for much, and putting it all down to the spec, well a double 70 from ags owns the power of the dragon claws, ags is 3 times more accurate no question about it. DDS also is alot more powerfull than dragon claws. ive got all 3 used all 3 and they work as expected, claws fail. I'm not missing the point at all. Dragon Claws are mainly a weapon used for a special attack. Same with a dragon dagger. You're not going to go to PvP with just a dragon dagger unless you're actually 1-iteming. If you're going with a whip, Dragon claws would be the best choice of special attack weapon. They're ALOT cheaper than an Ags. Can hit more than an Ags with its devistating special attack. With the claws, you can spec twice in 6 seconds. If one special can do the same or more attack than an Ags's special imagine two of those... in 6 seconds. Your opponent doesn't have enough time to Eat & say alive, whereas with an Armadyl Godsword they can easily heal 40+ hp & get pray on in enough time. If Jagex were going to do that, they would have done it yesterday when they nerfed the drop rate. I don't believe they will be changed at all, if they do I really do wonder what their quality assurance team do be up to.

If you look at the domains that Jagex bought out, you'll see a site that says mechscapegold.com. I believe you can find the list of domains bought MechscapeWorld somewhere. That doesn't necessarily mean Jagex are going to use this domain, there making it so no one else can. There's a Runescapegold.com I'm sure. Jagex bought mechscapegold.com to make sure that doesn't happen. They also bought mechscapehq too, as far as I can remember.

Jagex might even "allow" selling MechGold for RL money and just put a disclaimer saying "do it at your own risk, don't wine to us" like some other MMO's. Jagex might even jump on the wagon themselves and sell it, they'd make tonnes of extra money. I suppose they could, but that'd be going against what they don't like. Also, Jagex said somewhere last year that RuneScape will continue to be their main priority for the next 5 years if I remember correctly.

Hoepfully Mechscape will provide the enjoyment RuneScape doesn't anymore. ( I do hope Gold Farmers and whatnot don't hear about it :wall: I know everyone knows about it...) It'll be a fun experience I hope.

Looking through this thread has made me think differently about the iPhone. I had planned on buying myself one in 2 weeks or so, but now I think different. I do want one, I know that but there could just be something better. Sony Ericssons are Great phones, I swear. My current one, the K800i I've had for 3 years, it's never been a bother. I've dropped it countless times, too. They're of a very high quality (someone said they're low quality) and their camera's are just great. My one has a 3.2 megapixel camera on it and I love it. :mrgreen:

Indeed it isn't, from what I've read a few days after it happened, he was going to do it anyway. Making it a live stream however, was simply looking for attention. Nothing anyone could do would stop him, unless they were to call the authorities. Yes, it is quite sad to know this happened infront of 1000's of people, but it was going to happen anyway if he had it all set up. I read that he had all the pills etc set up, no one could stop him. People said he had threatened to do it before and most thought it was just a joke, which it very well could have been. I seen some of the video myself, it wasn't very nice. IT's a shame it happened, but video or no video, it was going to happen anyway. (sorry if I repeated some stuff in my post but my head's all over the place today) I only saw this topic here just now, thought I'd post.

I remember last year, back when we could do as we pleased while Scaping'. While I must say, thinking back of how we used to play is rather odd. I've learned to get used to the new system, no free trade etc. It's what we've been using the past year and it honestly doesn't make any difference to me anymore. Pking in the old Wild was something that Jagex cannot bring back, it was just great. Nothing will be exactly the same but we still play the game the same as we used to with some minor tweaks. I'm glad Jagex figured out a way to keep us playing while cutting the cheating down alot. The new improvements they've made to the game were since then have been great, too. The graphical updates are really something amazing. Especially for a browser based game. Item lending too, plays a big part today. At least we can still give our items to our friends, without having to worry about the scamming. It's just been a great year, for those of us that are still around to see it. RuneScape this year has went from 80% of the people ranting to a nice, decent playing atmosphere. I've enjoyed it. Big well done to Jagex, they did something no-one ever would have thought possible and still have most of their members.

Have you used one yet Bruno? For PVP, these things would destroy. They're faster than an AGS & their spec can do more damage than an AGS. Most of the time, they hit pretty well on armour. Them, however used with an AGS is a combination set for killing.

I specced him a 61 with that then D claws spec and before he hit me, he was dead. 8-) I just lent them for 3 hours @ 300k P/H. :twss:

1) You're not allowed to say stuff like "Selling whips 1M each" if you AREN'T selling whips for 1M each. That's always been against the rules. 2) If you're trying to hide what you're doing then you're basically admitting it's against the rules, and you already said you're basically doing it until someone gets caught. Otherwise, great logic. -.- I mean if Jagex actually do decide to act upon Manipulating which they say isn't to happen, they probably won't catch anyone. Unless they put further restrictions on items that are on the Grand Exchange. I will continue to manipulate items with my clan until we're told we will be banned or our methods are removed. Also, I'm not trying to hide what I'm doing. We're basec on SwiftIRC. That's where our 550 members are, not RuneScape. If we decide to buy out an item, the clan does it there and then, 99% of the members aren't friendly with the others in-game so not a word is spoken, unless of course they are friends. But nothing will be said in public, that's for sure.
