Mac and Linux users don't no, and Jagex have a Mac-room :) Therefore it gives unfair advantage to people running Windows-based machines, I like how they've re-worded their rules, it actually makes any 3rd party application (other than known Internet Browsers) against the rules. However, they can't "detect" you're running SK.

Andrew has already said the graphics won't be any better, they will be exactly the same, it will be impossible to play offline as well.

You are right sadly, although I think the largest signature size we have for Twitter ones is 16Kb, not too big, it's just the dimensions that are too big :(
