True, there were 4 people at the release of Skill Capes who had 99 Slayer and no other 99 Stats, but we didn't think anything of it because everyone was just hyped about getting Skill Capes.

What file? I'm running Windows Vista Home Premium if thats any help. It says Re-read the first post, I added a download for all missing files.

My guess is either; Venom0619 or Fredmcgarry. fred can only really do buyables, his pockets are deep.. so if its buyable sure if it isnt buyable.. goodluck to him Venom sure why not he knows what its like to do none buyables and has the patience, i bet on anyone who has the time of release has no job, or no school to go to. Fred can also do non-buyable but he's at school when Summoning's out, so I rule him out.

I don't know why people slag them off. It's Jagex's fault for not making the game higher protective about bans and such. All they're doing is trying to earn a living (this is basically a job to them), it just so happens they're breaking RuneScape rules.

Of course there will be a Summoning potion :)

they said similar to prayer, which i think suggests that its going to be able to have a level 13 with 99 summoning, i think its going to be the same formula as prayer, whats your formula? Remember that we start a 3 combat :wink: My calculator (which has been posted here) allows you to work out from Level 1 combat.

I'm really hoping I like summoning, as I want to get back into playing RS seeing as I've had practically 8 months of not playing, I just login and get bored instantly now, I need something to wake me up so to speak.

+1 Tip.it Fourms has a 100% calculator. Why get one from another site? Nothing is 100% unless they got the information from Jagex themselves.

I am almost 100% sure I won't get summoning if it can't be used in f2p. :roll: I don't want to weaken my char and have a lot of useless combat levels in f2p. :boohoo: I'm quite the opposite to that, if the skill is f2p then I will not train it, I don't see how our P2P money should fund for amazing f2p updates (no offence to F2P'rs).

Took longer than expected 'cos I decided to extract the Range and Melee Max Hit calculators from my RS Client too (and add them to the Utilities). Don't forget, that with this new skill coming out; To be "technically" pure (in Jagex and my eyes) is to have; 1 Prayer 1 Summoning You can have any Attack, Strength, Defence.
