  1. You mean a capitalist libertarian? There have been a few already.
  2. I would've made some texts first.
  3. Why's that? It's such an old thread.. I haven't even bothered to read it. I get bored with all the threads where everyone agrees on things. :( That's what I'm here for. \
  4. Yeah, but its not directly about Obama. It's about a President giving an iPod. If McCain did this it would be "Lol?" too since its not common to give a iPod in these kind of things. :| What?
  5. Laws about gay marriage have remained the same for over a century and a half. Now we should change them? Have homosexuals given the government any reason at all to do so? Their only argument is that they wish to engage in a loving, caring relationship. That's perfectly fine, but the catalyst there is the word "relationship." Homosexuals couples do not benefit the society around them, and often alienate those near them in the workplace or even around the neighbourhood. Having homosexual parents is also not good for children. As we all know, a mother and father in a stable marriage do a much better job of serving the interests of a child for several reasons. The first is that heterosexuality is the natural thing. Children can't look at a heterosexual couple and say "That's just weird." The same does not apply to a gay couple. For the kid who's adopted and goes to school with other children like any other young boy or girl, imagine what it's like to constantly have people running around you singing "[bleep]" or making fun of your parents?
  6. Damn it. I can't stand this. For heaven's sake, marriage is between two people of contradictory sex. That's how it's meant to be, and now this...
  7. You are questioning his intelligence, basically calling him a vegetable, because he doesn't type in a grammatically correct manner; this is the internet. It's certainly not as bad as some people on here and it's even worse when they don't put spaces after punctuation. A vegetable? That's a little far. It's an insult and a figure of speech, for lack of a better phrase.
  8. You're a brilliant one, aren't you? The only thing stopping me is the obvious lack of caring here.
  9. I'd tear this post apart, but it'd be a waste of breath and energy. Oh, please don't exert yourself.
  10. Everyone's Favorite Neo-Despot. Do you know any other neo-despots? I didn't think so.
  11. One is a typo, the other is a simple lack of English writing ability.
  12. Chaise, May I be the first to salute you in your endeavors to protect your country. If only Canada had more like you.
  13. well, i cant because im grounded from cpu for 2 weeks for hacking my dads admin acc and downloading maplestory =/ You seem to be confusing "hacked" with "quietly peered over his shoulder". Based on your grammar, I find it difficult to believe that you can perform simple motor tasks.
  14. Oh, for heaven's sake. I don't mean to be nonconstructive-- well, actually I do-- but does anyone really care? It's a gift, and a pretty damn standard one. "Obama this, Obama that..." meanwhile Afghanistan is passing a bill that allows women to be raped and I don't see anything about it on these forums.
  15. Oh, right, because if Maureen Kanka says they're wrong, they're obviously wrong.
  16. I don't smoke and that really bothers me. Somehow it's acceptable for a person to be 100 pounds overweight and sedentary, but it's not ok for a person to be a smoker and active (sports, etc.). Being overweight doesn't harm those around you though. :-w Not directly, but passively. As with tobacco users, they put a strain on the health care. Obesity can be a disease. Smoking is an example of idiocy. It is my personal opinion that smoking should be illegal. However, this would create a whole new breed of contraband gang, so it would never work. Instead I suggest that smokers shouldn't receive free health care. It's deliberately compromising one's health and having the government pay for you.
