I don't smoke and that really bothers me. Somehow it's acceptable for a person to be 100 pounds overweight and sedentary, but it's not ok for a person to be a smoker and active (sports, etc.). Being overweight doesn't harm those around you though. :-w Not directly, but passively. As with tobacco users, they put a strain on the health care. Obesity can be a disease. Smoking is an example of idiocy. It is my personal opinion that smoking should be illegal. However, this would create a whole new breed of contraband gang, so it would never work. Instead I suggest that smokers shouldn't receive free health care. It's deliberately compromising one's health and having the government pay for you.
