I think this should be in help and advice section. And to answer your question, the time you have to wait depends on if you are a member or not.

I would play runescape but not become a member until you truely feel that the game won't interfere with your schoolwork. When i myself buy membership, i feel obliged to "get my moneys worth" by playing even more than usual.

You need to find a proxy site that isn't blocked by your school's system. I don't know about your school, but at my high school, new proxy sites are usualy blocked within a week of release :( I

Depends on the demand and the recent price change. If the item is rising in price than i dont think you will get it at mid. Only way you will get an exact answer is if someone has recently bought/sold these items. Edit: Sgs is pretty low so i think you might manage to get one at min.

in fact that same [cabbage] happened to me... they got no evidence and they freaking denied my appeal... rs is so dumb with nolifers...... yes i was no lifing to 99 mage That's the exact same thing that happened to me recently while fletching. Same automated message and everything... First offense, too. #-o I too have been banned for 10 days. Bunch of bs since i barely play 10 min per day to check on my investments. Going to lose a bit of cash because of this crap.
