Irons are metals. I would say irons. Steels can really be a PITA. Although, I believe that steels have other better drops, such as a higher rate of dragon legs/skirts, as well as more rune. Not sure though.

I wore a d skirt to save money before I got the level for barrows. It's so much easier. I got guthans as a gift. I used d skirt+black mask+rune plate to train, and guthans for healing, since at the time I was so poor, 100k was a large amount, and I didn't understand everything yet. I though anything dragon was cool.

According to the person above me few posts back, they didn't care if a task took 10 minutes longer. Lets just say from where you start using DFS you need 300 tasks to 99 slayer. Hmm, that is 3,000 minutes, or 50 Hours. That is a lot of time.

Thanks for calling me stupid. I use my DFS for better defense and it looks cool with bandos armor. At my level, I can do enough damage without a defender. I play the game for the fun of it and time isn't an issue. I don't care if it takes me 10 more minutes to finish a task. Still makes you look dumb. Hey, thats ok. This is my personal opinion. I mean, I sold bandos armor for awhile since I was flipping it, and people laughed at my barrows. I laughed at their 70 prayer. Now why you think spending MORE time just so you can show your shield is fun is up to you. Efficacy is a defender, showoff is DFS. At least in most cases.

I don't know about you, but hitting +15 more than you normally would seems pretty damn powerful to me.

Ya we figured he meant in killing the players. Seeing as he said combat exp... Brawlers, dragons, earth warriors, etc etc etc etc. You can't assume combat meant PvP solely, as the previous answers were unclear. I'm sorry if you think your answer was clear, I was simply clarifying.\ Especially as you specifically said you get far more xp using brawlers, implying you DIDN'T understand what he was talking about, unless you wear melee/range/mage brawlers to PK in. I did understand. You can use brawlers to fight with. Its not recommended but you can still use them. Why anyone would think you don't gain any exp while doing anything in RS is up to me though. Unless you are in a minigame that is. Other then those areas you normally get exp. I am not going to even bother. You were not clear, so I clarified. Drop it.

People think it makes them look cool. Honestly, it makes you look stupid at higher levels, since the slash bonus more than makes up for the +2 str.

I think he means from combat, as in killing players. Yes, normal 4xp per damage.

It would probably help to learn how to breath correctly, from the diaphragm. Try to remove garbage from your speech, such as "Umm" or "you know" etc. etc. Silence sounds better. Stand/sit straight. If sitting, don't have your back against a chair, and sit on the front half of your chair, feet flat on the floor. Don't speak from your throat. To speak loud, you don't need to yell, but project from your diaphragm.

Or you can just alternate between one and the other, hitting one with balmung, the switching to the other. Very fast. BTW: What are all of your Fremmy names? Mine is Siglor Rockcrusher. Pretty sweet IMO

Is global warming happening? Perhaps. Is it a natural cycle, of course. Do humans contribute to the increase/decrease in temperature? Sure, but no where near as bad as Gross gore, I mean Al gore says. Were those for the global warming theory "cooking the data" Of course. Is it unscientific to disagree with global warming? No. A large portion of science is "Challenge the establishment", which also happens to be my motto. You can challenge something to both attempt to prove, or attempt to disprove something. If you prove it, that belief/theory is that much stronger. If you disprove it, or provide proofs against it, then that belief/theory is that much weaker. Do not mock those who disagree about scientific theories or fact. Remember, todays theories/laws may be tomorrow's laughable myths.
