The irony I see in this whole debate, not just on TIF, but in the entire world, is that people have no problem killing children through abortion, who are innocent, yet think that a person guilty of rape, kidnap, or murder, should not be killed for ruining other people's lives. I don't think it is as important a question to ask whether others should learn from the death of a criminal, as it is to ask whether or not the criminal deserves to live. In cases of multiple rapings, or murders, I think the answer is rather obvious. Also, capital punishment prevents repeat offenders. Often, people guilty of heinous crimes get out of jail before their time is served, even if the sentence is live in jail.

Ugg. I disagree with you on two monsters. Goraks and Greaters. Goraks have low defense, from personal experience, are fast to kill, very fast to get to, and drop lots of gems and half keys. I average at least 2 halves a task. Greaters, even with 127 combat, are terrible. Low xp, terrible drops, and still a low crim drops rate. (Like 30 per task). Not to mention they are often crowded.

I believe the key here is your axiom, how you look at the evidence. Both sides have arguments, and counter-arguments, and so on and so forth. I am not a scientist, but I can defend what I know to the best of my ability. I got 99 attack cape first because it looked awesome. I am not going to waste hours getting the cooking cape. Certain skillcapes command more respect than others, and respect is an intrinsic part of MMORPG. The problem with the raw materials being worth more isn't a problem at all. Xp>gp in this case, it is simply a different type of economy than IRL.

BS. You are F2P, how would you know? If I would have had 6 minute grave, that time a year or so ago at DKS I would have saved 5m. 500k is very cheap too, most members can make that in anywhere from 15 mins to 2 hours.

Now, I am not blocking tasks according to whether or not they "should" be blocked, but to personal preference. I have quite a few slayer points, so there are also some tasks I almost always skip as well, such as aquanites and greaters. Steel Dragons Black Demons Hellhounds Warped T'birds. To my way of thinking, if I get a slayer task I dislike, it is harder for me to come back and do said task, so I cancel it, even if it costs me GP. Besides, the more tasks I cancel, the more abby demon/mage tasks I get, and the whips+boots make up for the runes I could have bought, at least when combined with the pleasure factor as well.
