  1. Used ~1300-1500 for bronze-mith. Took under 300 for mith-rune
  2. Was already done, so exactly what did you do?
  3. Without top notch gear, it will be semi-hard to find a team. I have 89 range, but high def/prayer/summoning and top notch gear, but can't always find a team right away.
  4. lrn2readtopicbeforepostinglikeaninny. Mages. You will also get more xp/hour here. Abbies are nice for a change though. Don't forget your ROW. He already said he was going to kill abyssal's and do barrows. Btw, slay, should I make a barrows guide using my method? With your help, of course, because I've never made a guide :P Ye but he didn't say he no longer want opinions.
  5. I think we are more likely to see a TD in stellar dawn then in RS.
  6. CS goes in for lowest, but of course the person with the highest offer will get it. Wrong. The cash split is lowest, but the item goes into the GE at middle price. Don't try to correct others when you don't have your facts straight.
  7. You didn't say that in your first post. You said you had it for use at bandos.
  8. Jagex thought is was a "bad" name so they assigned him one.

  10. Sorry to be blunt, but void will SUCK with your stats. Void range is terrible at arma most of the times anyway. Not to mention, you really don't have the stats for either boss, and will have a helluva time finding either a good team, or keeping from being crashed.
  11. If it has a rating system that would appear on the hi-scores, would you change your mind? ;) No. Funorb is for that.
  12. I'd like a TD, but unless the rewards were worth it, TDs for my Ipod touch/ general TDs would most likely be better.
  13. Land of the Lost. I wouldn't recommend it at all.

Steak sauce ruins a truly perfect steak. It's impossible to make a 5-star restaurant tasting steak because those perfect cuts of meat are not even sold in stores. Restaurants and private buyers get the first pick of the cow so it's actually not really up to how good the chef is. Unless you have a part share of a cow. That is the best way to get awesome steaks/ribs/etc EVER. Nom Nom Nom
  15. I grow lant, as they are excellent farming xp, and I am planning on making them into antifire pots. I also prefer xp to gp at this time though.
  16. No were near close to 96 summoning. I doubt even 93. Also, count more on 30 whips, as the rate is more like 1:425, and dry streaks of 1-2k are common.
  17. EDIT: Forget that The power generated by power plants to make up the difference in power used releases more mercury than a CFL does. Not to mention you can recycle CFLs.
  18. The only real flaw with that is that, in essence, RWT could come back. Also, if you could get what your opponent loses, or up to 2x that, there would be no motivation to fight people with little risk. There would be motivation if they were your target. Even if you killed someone with just rune you still could get around 500k if they were a target. And its not like you couldnt get more for a target kill. Since the amount you get is random, there is a good chance that it would take many attempts to transfer money. So the rwter might need to use many millions to transfer just 1 million. If the amount were that random, there would either be no motivation to fight, or the person would have to drop cash. Both are bad. (EG, I kill someone in a DFS. I can't really get that, since it would be possible to RWT. Then I would get GP, and we have the same problem. If it were rare to get what the other person loses, there is no motivation to fight anyone in decent/good gear.) Also, I am not saying that inflation isn't being caused, but rather that 76king isn't worse than RWT.
  19. Bacon, the cake is a lie. 0.0 Have fun, and don't camp. (too much at least :P)
  20. I disagree. RWT made it harder to make a decent amount via gathering skills, by keeping the supply high. Although 76king produces cash instead, the demand is higher, and thus items are worth more. This greatly helps slayers, fishers/wcers/miners, as well as monster hunters.
  21. The only real flaw with that is that, in essence, RWT could come back. Also, if you could get what your opponent loses, or up to 2x that, there would be no motivation to fight people with little risk.
  22. Well, stop using a straw man. I will combat the real difference. RWT- Against Jagex rules. Promoted credit card fraud. IS ILLEGAL. (Look at how blizzard took down several RWT companies.) Transfer of items, whether GP and IRL cash, or just IRL cash, from one character/person to another. No/little time spent by the person gaining the items. 76k'ing-Not against Jagex rules. Breaks no laws. Transfers no materials between accounts. Time is spent gaining EP, although little effort. Note: I did not address RWT through 76k'ing, as that is RWT, and doesn't bear into this argument. (The topic is 76king vs RWT, thus it would fit into the RWT category.) The inflation argument is rather ridiculous, as their are so many other things contributing to inflation, such as the shop update, (No more cheap water runes.) Dragon bones went up after RWT was dealt with, as did yew logs, and p ess. These two factors alone contribute more to inflation than 76king does. P ess may be 200 gp each, but death runes are also over 150 GP more than they used to be. (300 gp). Same with several other runes. Blood runes went down in part to the altar, and natures stayed lower because of graahk rcing. P ess also went up due to ZMI rcing. The reason Pizzas went up is due to the shop update, not 76king.
  23. Right. So we should turn it into a popularity contest? There is a method to their madness, which isn't "madness" in the least. No, I am simply saying that we should be able to have some input if we want certain mods removed, or demoted. Do you wish me to list these?
  24. Someone will not become a moderator or be promoted simply if one moderator or admin suggests it. There has to be a consensus. Exactly my point. Too often the mods appoint their friends, kinda like congress voting themselves pay raises. I know these three, looking back, and I am fairly certain they will be good mods though. Gratz again! You seem to misunderstand our staffing process. Our mod apps were sorted by a team of our admins and supermods - we selected who we thought were the best canidates and presented that list to our moderator team who provided feedback to the group we had - then using that feedback the admin team made the final calls on applicants. Promotions are not decided by the mods or staff but decided by the admin team as a whole. If a mod nominated thier friend when we are not recruiting - there has to be a need usually for the moderator - then it has to be agreeded upon by the staff - then the administrators may decide to wait on them or bring them on. Hope that clears things up for all. Ya, basically exactly what I stated. No user input, and if you aren't a friend of a mod you don't get in. Those who have upset mods are screwed, even if the mods are in the wrong. You don't have to be a friend of a mod to be accepted, as you see above. Normally you just need to be noticed by any staff member, nominated, and then if the staff as a whole agrees, the member may be invited to the staff. This also means that if the nominated member has made one enemy amongst the staff, he or she may still be accepted because we discuss things as a team. It completely depends on each person's unique history here. A decent percentage of our current staff has had altercations with older staff at some point, but when deciding on new waves of staff that never is a defining factor. Again guys, congrats and keep up the great work you've been doing! Oh, if this were only true. I have noticed that several people who would make excellent mods, due to their ability to discern the spirit, and not only the letter of the law. However, they don't get along with the letter of law mods, and so...you get the picture. When posts are randomly deleted, with no explanation, even though the post(s) was a simple question/answer, one doesn't wonder. One knows. Just look at compfreak, and his run in with (certain) mods, who abused their powers.
