Nachalo Hmm, your post Jared on page on where you said "for the greater good" Wonder where that is from? It is communisim to be honest. Comparing race and amount of time spent playing runescape is a pretty dumb analogy too. One you can change, the other you can't. What would be done with all that extra money. What about people who hold more than the approximate 2.1 billion gold possible in RS currently? I mean no offense, but a player can chose to buy a useless item in RS to show off his wealth is much like a person buying a expensive piece of jewelry, such as a rolex watch. To show off their wealth. Sure, this item is slightly more usefull than a phat, but a far cheaper watch would work just, or almost, as well. No support, this would be terrible for the economy, and is not endangering the game as RWT was.

I would love to have my dad play with me, and I am almost an adult. I always enjoyed playing computer games with him when I was younger. Course, it would take him alot longer to get to my level, but doing GWD and things are more fun if the other person(s) are in the room.

If I do a task to get a good item or a skill cape, the respect is a bonus. For me, in almost any game I play except for COD4, the journey is what is fun, not the achievment in and of iteself. I enjoy having the goal, without this, RS wouldn't be fun for me.

I think another creature inbetween lessers and this would be okay, but not a boss for f2p. Having something to do could HURT jagex by keeping people from becoming members.

Well, I like slayer. It may not be as fast xp, but slayer mask helps make that up. Take today. I did a 145'ish troll task, and made over 150k-two granite shields, rune warhammer, rannar seed, some charms, alches, etc. Slayer is still worth it.

In a 2-3.5 hour trip I had around 1.1 million in drops. Spent around 100-200k on supps praying. I prefer pray, but may give tanking a try later.

Well, considering that iron/steel drags have a drop rate of about 1/2000, we will continue to go. Seeing as how we go every day, and average between 20-30 kills a trip, between us 4 going, we should get one soon. The other drops are nice, Our best trip we got 3-4 rune longs, a rune 2 hander, 300-400 noted yew logs, 50 bloods, 300 fire and air or so, and then hides and bones, it is worth doing even if we dont get a vissage for a bit.

OK, i have a group of people I go with to KBD, and we average 25 kills or so a trip. We have made 3 trips, and already 2 of the members have gotten KBD heads, and we are not using lootshare. I was wondering what the droprate of a visage from him is. Also, do blue/red dragons drop vissage, if even rarly?

The amount of chaos needed to buy an onxy with karamaja gloves is 28,888 chaos runes, the shop buys for 9 tokkuls each. with ANY karamja gloves a onxy is still 260k tokkuls. Without it is 300k. Doing this is only worth it if you can buy the rest of the chaos for 130 each max, best at 115-120 each. If you can't buy the rest for this price, you would be best off selling those you have for around 130 each and buying a fury from a player for around 3.6-3.8 million. 28,888*130=3,755,555 million gold if you buy all the chaos for 130 each, or the rest in your case. So if you can sell those chaos for 130 each, and find a player selling a fury for 3.6 mill, you are better off doing that.

I RC pk, Macros that is. I noticed one guy my level going that way in full addy day after day. everytime I went to edge, I saw him. So i tried to dds him, and he would tele everytime. O well. other wise, rc pking is pointles.

Ok, I am looking for some decent monsters to range, and heard about these. I hae accumulater, and can enter the GWD. I was wondering the level to start ranging avianses would be. I have zammy cape, and blessed sara symbol, so all i will have to worry about is bandos and armydrly. I have 71 defense, 48 prayer, 56 range, accumulater, 71 hit points by the time I go in, (only 1k away) and Ill be 87 combat. Will I be okay wearing zammy cape, blessed holy symbol, dorg c bow, bone bolts, blue s'hide body/chaps, and dragon boots ofr def. When I go, whether now or at higher range level, should i just bring some food like monks, or is there an area where I can wear prayer boosting clothing and just pray range protect and drink p pots. I know they drop 4 addy bars noted around 1/4 kills. would this cover cost of p pots with profit?

Try using a gilded alter, as 99 prayer cape looks better, and 99 prayer is an awsome help in combat. Gilded alter is way better then ectofunctus too, as far as xp/speed is concerned.

buy black dhides for 2.5k each. Have a crafter make into bodies, which they will gladly do. these alch for 8,088 gold. so 7.5k+ 300(nature)=7.8k, so you MAKE 200 gold per alch.

Course it is pathetic. I mean, I only stake every once in a while, but when I do I stake around 50k. Alot of peoples way to make money is gone. Buy chaos runes from players as cheap as you can. Sell to the rune store in tzhaar(making sure you are wearing you gloves). Without the gloves, the price is 9 tokkuls per chaos. Not sure what it is with it. Without gloves you need around 33k chaos runes, and if you buy these at 100 each then the minimum you will need is 3.3 milllion. However, a fury sells for around 3.9 million. MAKE SURE TO CHECK STORE FIRST!!! find out the exact price of the onxy with your gloves on, and the price payed per chaos rune with your gloves on, and then find out how much you can buy chaos runes for from players, and calculate whether or not you will make a profit.
