What is divine street? I know ely dropped quite a bit in street, but a long term goal of mine is to upgrade ely-> divine. I could always get like 10 onyx, if I had to.

I was just going to mention this. I believe Jagex has been soliciting ideas to modify bonus exp so that people don't just get absurd amounts of buyable exp? I went 92-99 summoning in that one day. However, almost all those charms were slayed. 4.6k crims and 1.1k blues.

I thought they were going to change buyable skills, or at least summoning? TBH next one I'd probably train herblore, or else IDK what i'd train. Maybe get 99 FM?

Facepalm. The 2k people limit isn't enough to crash raiding. More likely the GE then that, and I've never seen or heard of that crashing.

91-97 requirement appears to be the SKILL requirements, ie you'll get a "drop" that requires 94 smithing to restore or whatever. I imagine by high combat they mean higher level monsters, unless it's dropped based on combat level but that makes little/no sense. I hope so, although all 7 of my 99's are combat related, and the only non combat skill over 97 is FM...Still, I'd have motivation to use all those brawlers sitting in my bank.

Cold war is a general term for a period of extreme tension between nations, etc. It doesn't refer sololy to the US vs USSR cold war.

Your logic is slightly flawed. You can't infer what you did. Stating that talking penguins DIDN'T exist during the middle ages in no way can be logically constructed as stating that talking penguins DID exist at other times. Runescape is divided into 2, oh call them what you'd like. Perhaps genre and time. The genre is fantasy. Magic and things thus related. The time is the middle ages. Swords, bows, arrows, etc. Thus the democratic and republican party would no more fit into RS then would the lack of all fantastical elements. I can see talking penguins fitting into the fantastical element, but as would cute talking unicorns, they don't add to the "mature" view of RS.

Magic, demons, orcs, etc are all rather accepted part of fantasy. Fits RS' genre. Talking penguins during the middle ages do not fit the real life time period.
