Sorry but I'll have to stop reading right there. Calories are energy. If you eat more energy than your body needs, your body will store that energy. Calories are the number 1 rule. If you ate 4000 calories of the most nutritious food, you'd still be a fatass. Agreed, but if you go on to read he doesn't tell you to go on a feeding frenzy. He's just stating that it's more important to eat something that is healthy for your body than something that has fewer calories. This is for people who believe they can get away with eating cake and ice cream and keep a healthy body just because they ate a low amount of calories.

I think the reason for the flaming is because the people that use this forum are of a higher level of intelligence. Because of this we have a lot more cynics in the crowd who are unwilling to agree with any opinion until that opinion provides sufficient evidence. For those of you who don't know a Four Loko is a alcoholic drink + energy drink smashed into a 23.5 Oz container (12% alcohol). It comes in 9 different flavors: Grape, Fruit punch, Orange Blend, Watermelon, Blue raspberry, Lemonade, Cranberry, Cranberry lemonade and Lemon Lime. The FDA is currently investigating the manufacturer of the drink to find out if drinking caffeine induced alcohol is safe for anyone. It was also banned in a college in New Jersey after it had hospitalized several of its students. Last night I had one of these things and holy shnikees it was possibly the most intense thing I've drank. Obviously my body thought so as well because for the first time ever I threw up from drinking. So my question to you is do you think they should be banned? Personally hell yes they should be banned. I think if I ever have another one of those things I will need my stomach pumped. PS: Try one! :thumbsup: PSS: Watermelon is the best flavor.

I used to have a purple party hat when they were starting to get extremely difficult to obtain. It really isn't worth the few pixels you get to have on your head. You get used to it after a while and the phat loses it's value if you're the one in possession of it. Needless to say I bought the partyhat and resold it about a week later after I had my fun of taking pictures and whatnot.
