I don't see any reason they SHOULDN'T update this. As far as I know, the pros outweigh the cons by a lot. Here a few highlights why we need higher HP: -To put PvP the way it used to be. Now with godswords, claws, chaotic weapons, dharoks (Just name it!!) It's far too easy to instantly kill anyone...The high ratio of hits gives us a low chance of survival and having only 99 hp isn't going to cut it. It used to be substantial 5-6 years ago but no more. -To keep players PLAYING. I admit, Jagex was brilliant for having dungeonerring as a 120 maxed skill. Now it's time to do the same with constitution. Theres no doubt that anyone will think it's possible. We've already gotten 60 people who's ready to have level 120 constitution should it ever come out...Even though constitution may have been around longer, the motivation to reach a special goal to have true mastery of the skill will drive more players to get level 120. -More 1 click options. With higher HP, no doubt that it will bolster our combat levels. Having 144 combat will open doors for more 1 click monsters and not to mention that more monsters will not be aggressive to players. -This will make solo'ing more possible. We may have players who's already solo'ed the Corporeal Beast. With higher HP, more players will be able to do the same. Heres ONE reason why we shouldn't have level 120 constitution: -Simply because people will rant about the fact that it will take forever to get a skill that high....Well WAKE UP. There are people who's gotten 200m in certain skills, over 1 billion total exp, etc. Would it really kill us to have an extra level 120 skill? Especially when dungeonerring is probably x3 harder than constitution anyways?

I laughed out loud when I saw Guild Wars. I admit I played it before and it was terrible. That game lasted like what...1 and a half months before I got bored of everything? P'fft....

Divine is more skewed to purple than yellow atm although I can't speculate that it will steadily hold up its street price for long.

I never had the ward before but I prefer having pure melee defence like the pl8 so I could substitute the mage def with prayer. Works wonders.

People are overlooking the prayer soak that comes with the Divine. This is ultimately the deal breaker in many situations. First, you cannot camp at certain monsters because without prayer, the shield acts like a normal 3rd age kite, making it relatively useless against DFS or defender. Secondly, going into safe pvp like soul wars will be difficult since you constantly have to refill prayer points. Lastly, they are expensive. This persuades most people to look into alternatives such as the chaotic shield or even rune defender giving "some" balance to the game. Jagex has done a good job in making these shields incredibly hard to get. These shields should only be accessed by the elite and it strengthens the boundrie between the strong and weak because without them, we would all be basically the same.

It's hilarious how people always blame bots everytime something goes wrong. I personally think the vast majority of buyers are to blame. Bots are so minimal because of Jagex's strict surveillance on detecting macros.

Exactly my thought. I will love to have a challenge to achieve 120 constitution or maybe 120 in all combat aspects...making the max level near impossible to achieve, keeping players on the computer forever....

Runescape will no longer have the "most popular free MMO" anymore. Simple as that. Also, there may be some players who WILL switch to WoW, although Blizzard will likely lose tons of money for doing so.

^ I honestly don't see whats so good about shadow silk hoods. I've gotten atleast 5 of them and I would never bind it over my promethium plate.

(And I'll try to do a better job next time at detecting sarcasm :oops: ) Sniping is so futile that even thinking about it is a waste of time. You're looking at tens of thousands of competing buyers awaiting to get their hands on each and every color. If you don't have the means to buy one now, save up. Quick. Also, LOL @ the petty arguments above.

I remember I had to do a quest Lost City to wield a d long (which was one of the best weapons in the game that time). I started doing that and I kept dying on the tree spirit so I managed to defeat her by maging. My magic lvl was around 10 and I got 2 levels when I defeated her. #-o

I've seen Druidic bottom sniped before (don't exactly remember where the picture is) but never seen the clock sniped. The cloak, wreath, and staff seems to be the high end of the druidic robe market. All 3 are worth somewhere around red and white. Very hard to come by. The top and bottom seems to be worth about a yellow each. Also, the cloak is [cabbage]. The SW cape is superior to all its stats and aspects (except for the +1 magic) :XD: . If anything, only the wreath holds merit for having the highest prayer in the headslot. All the other peices is just purely cosmetic.

My nickname is Cliff, and it's never been a target for mockery or some sort but I feel like when someone addresses me by my nickname instead of my real name, it feels like they don't really appreciate the sound of how my name is. I take it really personal when somebody asks if my name originated from Clifford the big red dog which my parents have no idea what it is....Although coincidentally it just happens to be from a childrens' book... I'm doing lots of research on how to change my name and I'm a little confident on how I can do it. I knew somebody in Runescape who changed their name irl because people continuously made fun of him...even in work. I felt as if my name will inevitably always grab some unwanted addresses like the big red dog and I just don't want that...I am currently in college and so far most people seem to act like Highschool'ers.....I don't know if you guys are just making excuses to deter me but I can't stand hearing my name anymore. I haven't told my parents about this whole situation (since they'll obviously disagree) but in the end, I hope I will choose a more suitable name for me. I changed my name to Clifford252 so everyone can recognize that it used to be my old rs acc name until I got it changed. It's also to find forgotten friends in this forum so they could add me again. I'm gonna be very frank here. IMO college is exactly like in Highschool. I still get the same [cabbage]load of work I have to do, everybody still talks, acts, and dresses like normal highschool'ers. I don't see much change in their attitude and even some still haven't left their child'ish behaviors. Judging this, i am predicting that someone will eventually make fun of my name...as usual. I honestly don't like "Cliff" either since it sounds too blunt. I always wanted to have a nickname that was unique and attractive.

bro, I've met guy named Manmeat. [bleep]in' deal with it. Easier said than done. No, I cannot deal with it. Why? Because I can't continue to feel humiliated everytime somebody announces my name. It's like this society is so intolerable that when something is unusual about you, you're automatically a victim to ridiculing. I already made lots of enemies because they decided to make fun of me JUST because of my name. If I had something common like "Brian" for example, they would just move on to other funny name people. I wish I couldn't say this on behalf of my parent's decision for picking my name, but no more. I can't stress people snickering that "Big Red Dog" in front of my face. I am going to literally die trying to make sure my name gets changed.

I want to know how changing my name will affect my life. I have some reasons why I should. I personally think my current name (Clifford) sounds old fashioned and picks up a lot of unwanted jokes like "Clifford the big red dog" which I am very sick and tired of hearing. Also, I'm planning on changing my family name since most of my family thinks I'm insignificant and the fact that it rhymes with the word "Thong". I have no intentions on doing it now, but later when I have everything to myself. I WILL change my name no matter what you guys say but I want to know what will happen and what you think about it.
