I personally think the 1.4M price I sold most of my whips is roughly the same amount that I sell whips at 3.5m today. Inflations definitely became noticable over the years and I can hardly make any use to the money I get from whips. Right now, I would need like 3 whips to buy a full set of dharoks when back then I could of bought the same for 3 whips (dharoks were insanely cheap back then).

I agree. Even if Divine managed to catch back up towards higher end partyhats, I would refuse to trade my green for one because its simply not worth it. I heavily prefer the chaotic shield which can be obtained by leveling up a skill to 80 and/or earning 200k tokens from a skill....too easy.....Chaotic shields unique ability to reduce up to 10% melee and 20% range, having at least 30+ in every def bonus, and the attack bonus.... who wouldn't pick that over a prayer draining shield with the limited 30% melee drain and its mediocre stats? :mellow:

In the rare market, it makes sense. But everything else, it doesn't.

It's the Seeker's Charm, a terrible drop. I believe it adds negative strength just for a little ranged or magical attack. Whenever I see a Seeker, I ask why its bigger, uglier and much rarer cousin the Soulgazer couldn't have takn up its post at that room. It resembles more like the plane freezer guy from the ice levels. Pretty cute though. [EDIT] I barely noticed it but finally found out. LOL

Has anyone thought about this? I love to achieve goals for a particular reason and that is because it gives me incentive to do more. As a college student, my goals are to graduate and get a degree in culinary arts. Also, my other particular goal is to save enough $$ to get a LASIK surgery (after becoming broke from buying a car which was also my goal.) So, what are yours?

Acutally the gap between purple and yellow is comparable to yellow and green. The difference between purp and yellow would be about 1.5-2 pumpkins The same goes with yellow + 1.5-2 pumpkins which is about green. Adding 2 pumpkins is a decent offer for red but might be a bit larger when adding more risings. I checked the market again and seems like divine is going for yellow + cash again.

Impossible to say. Because atm there is no medium item for a trade from divine to phat, a divine is either = to yellow or = to purple. Which means, those who only have a divine and want to convert it into a phat can, depending on luck, either lose a huge amount of purchase power or gain a huge amount of purchase power. My belief is that Divine is still between a yellow and a purple, and that the new 3a items will fill in as the new medium item for these trades to go through. Then we can actually get a better read on how much a phat/divine actually cost. Used to be A/W was yellow. Now its green, it seems. reverse that. Was green, now its yellow. Divines definitely above yellow now. I'm not positive if it'll make it to green or just hopelessly plummet down below yellow again. Of these two possible outcomes, I would say the second would be the most likely. People are building up street prices by sniping sigils and is becoming well known among merchants so its no surprise.

I have a feeling that the upcoming update will make the rewards even worse...but thats just me. I insist on doing them anyways. and the reason why so many complain about the rewards is that they sell it for gold...without saving up and putting any use in them. (i.e sharks and purple sweets)

^^ With the lvl 4 clue scrolls, this would probably be an excellent opportunity to establish a whole brand of currency to buy partyhats. Just like the 3rd age era, level 4 clues would repeat the exact same case and merchants would trade the new clue scroll items for a high price, like in 2008.

Nothing? Also, is Divine higher than yellow? Because I'm seeing more yellow for divine offers than before.... If Divine > Yellow now then I must have been living under a rock. Last I checked Yellow > Divine > Purple. I'll have to go ask a few friends of mine to know what's going on better though. I know that. I'm just saying that more people are trading in thier yellow partyhats for divine + offers...This leads me to speculate that Divines might be higher atm. but im not 100% sure.

Chaotic longsword is a stronger weapon but slower than a chaotic rapier which is weaker but faster. Not debatable either. If its moved to questionaires. So be it.
