So everyone who is not paying will sort of be treated like a bot... I'm sure they know about this list and all, they just DON'T CARE about F2P anymore (not even sure if they ever did). So if someone with 200m has a problem with their credit card and lose membership for a day or two... and get members back after, they will be at the bottom of the 200Ms list. D: Really bad idea to make it p2p only tbh.

Hiscores members only for more competition? I know f2pers who are really in it with ranks and love to keep up with their progress with trackers... all tracking sites for f2p will show 0 xp in every skill... Very bad move from Jagex imo. :thumbdown:
