Yeah the first time is the worst. You'll get over it fast and if people try to tease you which WILL happen at least a bit in grade 7 just ignore them. You will realize it's not that bad the next time it happens. It's kinda funny that all you got was sorry, that's what happened to me the second time. First time was 'I'll think about it' Second was 'sorry' Now what will be said the third time :( At least she didn't say yes out of shock/pity and break up with you the next day after you took her on a date :cry: . Haha I actually thought of that to cheer me up :P

Now that she knows, I'm thinking if I continue to talk to her and stuff, she'll start thinking about me as more than a friend. Is this a possibility? And I'm also pretty glad I told her 'early' because I don't think I like her as much as I liked the other girl, so I'm able to talk to her and not be nervous.

So, what happened today. Sat with her + my friend + her two friends for 2 periods of art so we could talk. I teased her a bit, she laughed at every joke I said, she talked with me alot, and I thought I acted excelently. Cell phones came up and I got her number. Started texting her after school. I think I did pretty good, eventually got to the topic of who she likes. She claim no one, and stuck with it, so I was thinking it's either me or she doesn't feel comfortable telling anyone. She asked me who I like, I told her to guess. After naming everyone in our class except for her, and almost everyone in the other class she said is it me? I said of course. She thought I was joking eventually I told her that if I didn't like her I would have said no in the first place. She said oh... I responded if you don't like me it's fine. She said ok, sorry. Rejection again... I thought I had it cased, and that she would at least like me a little if not more judging from in school but... Any suggestions on what to tomorrow at school, confused once again by a girl acting like she likes you, and then saying no... So the questions more formally: 1. Should I continue to talk to her etc in class and try to get her to like me. 2. Why did she act like she likes me and then say no. Wtf... 3. Did I do anything wrong? one last thing: she said that the other girl didn't tell her that she never officialy rejected me, cause she didn't have the guts to so it. WTF how can you be scared about rejecting someone? Scared your going to get assualted -.- yeah I'm gonna beat the [cabbage] out of you cause you rejected me. Think about the other persons guts dumb [cabbage].

Well, I'm in grade 8, and I guess you could say she's not the most 'attractive' girl. She doesn't get much attention from guys, and I almost me we see her trying to talk with other guys, so I think she's nervous around us. Me and another guy were teasing her a bit at the dance, it seemed like she was enjoying it. The other guy continued to tease her etc over the last 6 hours where as I was too tired, so I think he might like her as well but I'm not worried, he's in the other class so it's all good. Just a little bit about her so you can help me more accurately: she's probably the smartest girl in my grade. She's kind of like me where we hang around we 5 or 6 people, and a few of them are the people who are the most 'popular'. She's kinda shy, and she laughs at almost any joke. Why I like her (dunno of this can help): - Shes one of the smarter people, like me - Shes really nice, never does anything to hurt anyone - Shes pretty, and a bit shorter than me (don't ask why I like this, I don't even know) - She doesn't try to act differently to get people to like her, she just acts like herself. Hopefully this can help you guys give me some pointers

Woo more of my problems. So I'm positive that she doesn't like me. I'm almost sure she likes one of my friends and was using my so they don't find out. I don't really care about her now, and he doesn't like her so whatever everyone lost. What happened at the dance: she avoids me, doesn't talk to me, checks if I'm looking at her. Only 9 people stayed overnight for the dance from my grade; most important her and one of her friends. Everyone from our grade hung arround each other. And after I decided to get over her I started noticing her friend, who will be now know as her. I have thought about her before, but put it off pretty quickly. Anyways I relized that she's a great person, an I started to think about her and her being a possibility. By the end of the night I was sure That I like her, but I don't have a clue what she thinks about me. And of course a 'slow' song wasn't played for 7 hours. We rarely talk, and I don't know what to do. It's not a crazy crush like the last one where I had no choice to ask her out or I probably wouldve gone insane. But I do like her. So my questions are: 1. How can I get her to notice me as more than just another guy 2. Should I ask her out now, or wait a while 3. What should I tell the other girl so she knows I don't like her

Tell her how you feel, and that you want a relationship. Odds are that you won't be together forever so eventually it won't work out, but don't worry about that. If people tease her or you they are jealous, or insecure with their own position in relationships. If she really likes you she shouldn't care very much about what other people think if you the biggest nerd or whatever. Of course she's going to care a little bit unless she is madly in love with you.

She might be nervous. Perhaps I missed something, but maybe try and talk to her...? And yeah that's normal at 14. Ok, good, i'm not an emotional freak. Yeah it is obvious what to do, I just wanted opinions from people over the internet, who I'll never meet, for some strange reason

Okay, I'm back for more advice. So if you've read my previous posts you should know what's been going on. Anyways, she has stopped perposely avoiding me. And I haven't heard from her for a week now, and didn't get at chance to talk to her, cause I'm not doing it infront of either mine or her friends for obvious reasons (i think). I've seen her glancing at me when she thinks I'm not looking, and I've kinda been doing the same thing I can only think about one thing all day long. Guess what? So I am more sure that she likes me, today when I was talking with my friends she and her friend were walking toeards us talking, and she kept looking over to me. Eventually she turned around and started walking the other way. I have seen her looking at me from across the soccer field numerous times too. I was sitting beside my 2 good friends talking near the end of class, who happen to sit right behind her. Somehow the dance came into disscussion, and she said that she might not be able to come to the dance. Anyways, what do you guys think she is thinking/feeling and what do you think I should do tommorow? The dance is on Friday and I'm getting scared that we won't talk before that. And btw I really like her. Alot. It's crazy. I tried to think of one thing to change about her, I couldn't, and I couldn't think of one thing I would rather do the be with her. Is this normal when your 14..?

Yep, lol many do. Like today the guy that sits behind her poured a yogurt on someones desk. I loled pretty hard, the superviser walked in right after lol. He goes to the janitors room and comes back with paper towel and some cleaning stuff in a squirt bottle. After wiping it off he accidentaly squirts some soap or whatever it is into the guys mouth, the guy who's desk had yogurt on it. I loled even harder then got [bleep]ed out by a chick for laughing so hard -.- wasn't even laughing that hard.

Yeah, anyways it really pisses me off that these [bleep]es make her (who else) scared to like me, if that's the case, which I believe it is. Off-topic I type like [cabbage] in msn cause if I type with grammar I get hated on...

Besides the getting someone to go with you it's fun. There is usully only 4 or 5 pairs of people that go together, out of 70 people. 60% of the girls at my school are total [bleep]es, I avoid them, I get hatted on for no reason, but I don't give a [cabbage] about them.

Yeah, I think her friends have something to do with this. I know another guy likes her, he sits behind her in class, and he's always flirting with her... I didn't think that he had asked her already, I wouldve already know. So, she avoided me all day. I saw her standind with her friends across the field looking over at me a couple times, and I believe she told most of her friends, but that doesn't really bother me. I'm really pissed off and sad right now, it's the weekend so I guess we both have 2 days to think... I don't even know what to think about...

So today she wasn't at school... She was sick or something. Hopefully I'll here something from her tommorow...

I was almost positive that she liked me, I noticed lots of signs, and today I was sitting beside her and my friend, talking to them, when another guy said "myname, hername wants to ask you something!" she turned to him playfully hit him and said "no I don't!!" and giggled and look embarrased. So I was pretty sure... Then after school I waited outside for her to finally ask her, she walked out was headed for Her ride, I said hey she looked at me and said hey. Then I paused and said " hey I was wondering if you wanted to go to the dance with me." She turned away started walking and said " I dunno, I'll think about it" with no emotion in her voice at all... So I'm kinda confused... What should I do tommorow? Just wait and see what she does, or go up to her and say something?

Ok, thanks guys. I'll see what happens today EDIT: [bleep]ed it up. Didn't get a chance the entire day, after school I saw her standing outside by herself with no one else around. Once I was outside the school I saw her and turned around and went inside for 20 seconds, came back out to ask her, and she was walking towards her ride. There's always tomorrow I guess...
