Like it has been said before me, RWT isn't nearly as bad as it was before Decemder 10th. RWTing through bounty hunter is very dangerous. The other day i saw someone who pked a RWT in the med crater in f2p. They had full Saradomin, full D'hide G, full wizzy G, and a strength ammy (t).

Well, the max melee hit on f2p is 31 (strength amulet, 99 strength, strength potion, ulitmate strength prayer, agressive attack style, rune 2h). It may be 32 now, with the addition of rune gauntlets, but im not sure.

The next skill will either be Archeology, or Sailing. The topic on archeologiy is excellent and very well thought out. Sailing would also be a good addition. I wouldn't be surprized if JaGex is working on Archeology right now ;)

I think this could work. As long as there are only a few worlds. If there are too many worlds it would be easy to rwt. Also add that you can't bring rares, and non-combat related items into the fight (EG: Coins).

Be evil and replace airs with souls (mwahahaha), and it's one cosmic per enchant, it's always been that. I'm concerned about the ring of death, might be a tad overpowered. Amulet: 9350k Ring: 7600k Bracelet: 6000k Necklace: 5850k Mememe513 - The prices are ment as the starting GE prices. Crafting levels are perfect actually. 79 is far too low for the ring. As for AFKing it wouldn't be that massive as the gem would be rare, and could POSSIBLY require a magic level to weild. One last idea - the gem would have a very rare chance of beinging mined from Runite rocks, and only rune rocks. Around a 0.5% chance of the gem being in the rock instead of ore when it charges. So when the rock charges with ore it has a small chance of being a crystal instead of a runite ore.

Not true, if you try typing with Caps Lock on, then it does show up like that. However, sometimes, when somebody uses QuickChat, it has a little speech bubble in front of it. The speech bubble is the quick-response button.

Sorry, but your wrong. It only capitalizes the first two words, and you are able to capitalize both words.

First of all, I am not suggesting that skillcapes be made F2P. When you use the quickchat option to say your skill level (My XXXX level is XX.) you can not tell if the person typed it or used Quickchat. If a quick respose bubble was added to the quickchat message you would be able to tell if the player was lying about their skill or telling the truth. The bubble would contain responses such as "Nice Level in XXXX" , My "XXXX level is only XX" (lower level than said), or "My XXXX level is XX!!!" (higher level than said).

Scimitar's max will always be more than a longsword's max per minute+ of fighting.

All achievements in Runescape are just the same clicking pattern done over and over. Getting a 99, ect in f2p requires more clicking, which makes it an achievement that is harder to accomplish, and should be more valued, imo, than the same achievement, with half the clicking ect. in p2p.
