lending items?
Until the first one of you logs out. Try to keep that in mind if you're borrowing a weapon or armor that it could instantly disappear from your possession. You're safer borrowing for a period of time.

smithing help
I'd go for the smelting iron ores with a ring of forging, then smith them into iron knives. You should probably make a small profit. If you have started the Varrock achievement diaries you can wear your Varrock Archievement Armor and then smelt at Edgeville and smith in Varrock to save more time.

Crafting
Start doing air battlestaves. But be warned, once you start you'll find yourself doing them every day. They provide you with a tremendous profit that can be used to offset other crafting activities.

Ape Atoll Agility
I trained there from 60-65. Your fail rate isn't that high by level 60, and you could always grab some agility potions from the GE. (Agility potions are extremely cheap). Just remember to bring a knife, so that you can gather up the pineapple each rotation, and use it for free healing.

Familiar preference in ZMI
I'd use an abyssal familiar. You can use the unlimited run spring at the spa and then use up your 3 charges of your explorer ring when that ultimately wears off. By the time that wears off, you've been using the ZMI for half an hour. If you wanted to continue, you could always switch over to a terrorbird when your free run has expired.

Mining quiestions! F2P.
I'd also recommend the Varrock east mine. I think it should take you a solid hour and a half. Find the busiest world you can for the fastest respawn times. Then when boredom kicks in, switch to the AL-K scorpian mine for a change of scenery. However, since you have 70 mining here's an alernative suggestion: go mine coal at the mining guild. It's close to the Fally west bank. Mine 500 or so coal, then sell it on the GE and buy the 1000 iron ore you desire.

fastest way from 63 to 70 crafting?
I know you said that you didn't want to buy anything, but making air battlestaves are an excellent source of crafting experience. I'd recommend emerald bracelets over emerald rings, it provides more experience. You didn't specify if you were a member or not. If your F2P then I'd recommend mining large quantities of silver and having a tiara making party.

Slayer Q, Summona or Chaeldar?
Using up a slayer ring charge seems like a waste of money seems like a waste of money or slayer points, as compared to using the free fairy rings. I was really hoping that the magic broom was going to give me an option of teleporting to Pol., but since it didn't I'll stick with Chaeldar for the majority of my assignments. (and I really like my house being in Yanille)

wanted: black arm gang member
There is a sticky at the top of the forum for this. The official runescape forums also have a similar sticky.

CLUE SCROLLS ???????????
I would recommend jellies. They are the lowest level monster that drops level 3 clue scrolls.

Slayer Q, Summona or Chaeldar?
I would recommend Chaeldar for your combat level. Chaeldar does give easier slayer assignments, and in my opinion less monsters that you would want to avoid. Plus its much easier to get to Chaeldar than to Sumona. You could also go look up slayer in the skill guide, and see which monsters each of those slayer masters assigns. That way you could choose which one you think looks better. Alternatively, you could choose the Canifis or Edgeville slayer for a while and get up your slayer points, only rotating back to Chaeldar (or Summona) for every tenth assignment, until you get enough points that you can block undesirable assignments.

Penguin Hide and Seek
You can cash in points any time. You can cash them in halfway through your hunting, and then when you've found some more cash points in again.

roving elves start
I would recommend going to the spot south of the elf city and chop magic trees or spend some quality time high alching until they finally show up. If that doesn't appeal to you, then world hop until you stumble across a world where they are.

penguin/ falling star clan chat!
"Penguin Hunt", on world 60 is another overflow chat, when Riods2525 is full. Its only useful if you are penguin hunting on Wednesdays, otherwise it will not be busy enough to go to. There are many good star chats out there, but "Star Find" is the one I would recommend. They are far more organized than any other star seeking chat I have perused.

Full Lederhosen
Your best bet would be to do alot of activities that do not involve your character moving. Activites such as high alching in the same spot, mining stars, or fletching in front of a bank. There is no specific activity that will specifically trigger the crazy woodcutter, but large periods of inactivity should help increase the number of random events you have, which will lead to getting full lederhosen sooner.

aggressive monsters
Is there a rule for how high my character has to be for aggressive creatures are no longer aggressive to me. My best guess was that my character had to be 1.5 times the level of the aggressive creature for it not to attack me instantly.

Green dragons...
I'd recommend melee, using the chaos tunnels. Your close to the Edgeville bank, allowing you to drop off your treasure, bones and skins. Not that far from the monestary to recharge prayer if you need to either. Chaos tunnels, being multi combat, are not as good a choice for finding safe spots for ranging- but the lack of revs more than make up for that though. Most people can slay a dragon faster with melee than range, thus more dragon bones per hour.

99 Firemaking or 70 Prayer?
I have to admit that prayer is extremely useful, however training firemaking is considerably cheaper. From a financial standpoint firemaking is probably the most logical choice. Buying bones, particularly dragon bones, could drain your bank account very, very quickly. Perhaps you could compromise and use penguin points and genie lamps on prayer and spend your money on firemaking. Maybe go train slayer and hope for alot of green or blue dragon tasks.

varrock armor smelting effect
I've met people who claim that the armor works everywhere, but the armor is only supposed to work in Edgeville and Varrock.

Harpooning or lobster fishing?
Fly fishing in Shilo will give you the most xp. I'd recommend fishing monks though, they provide almost as much xp, as well as providing a huge increase in profit.

Three mil of junk, in as many days.
Um, where's your question, help, tip or advice? Perhaps you should try creating a Runescape Blog.

Setup for knigth waves training
I would recommend potions of super attack, defense and super strength, as well as a ring of recoil. The rest of your equipment should be strong enough. Another thing you could do would be to hit the ogre spa, and raise your health in the spa before you start.

99 Crafting.
How about making tiaras? They give decent experience for F2P crafting.

HELL YESSSS!!!!!
You need 33 quest points to get into the Champion's Guild in order to get that Rune Defender. The sad reality is, if you don't want to do any of the quests, don't get members. You are going to severely limit yourself to what equipment you can use, and what monsters you can fight.

Kingdom Managing
I like to put some on maples. The tree seeds are great if you like to farm, or a good source of revenue if you don't.
