  1. Cheapest is to cut your own willows and then burn them.
  2. Play around with Tip.It's skill planner. Willows are the cheaper option, but maples are considerably faster. Willows are running about 20 gold per log, while maples are 44-46 gold. If you figure out exactly how many more you need then you can choose the log type that fits your financial needs.
  3. Your best profit would be to sell them as iron bars. Iron nails sold to the plank seller or iron knives at the GE would be your best profit if you want to smith them.
  4. You will make the most profit out of cannonballs, however it will be very slow. Personally I make steel platebodies and then alch them. With that many steel bars you might want to wear the Varrock achievement diary armor to speed things up.
  5. Moss, Ice and Hill Giants are the best nature rune droppers in the free game that I can think of. Hobgoblins can drop them, as can white knights, Ice Warriors and flesh crawlers. The bandits that have names at the Bandit camp in the Wilderness also drop nats.
  6. I have always found that giant frogs drop alot of nats. Basilisks drop alot of nats as well.
  7. You have to mine it with a pickaxe from the other side initially. Wear a spiny helm. Don't forget to bring an oil lantern with you, since a candle can cause big explosions. You can use a mining helm as long as you run past the wall beast openings, or bring food to heal from them.
  8. Coal temporarily increased in value with the release of Rocking Out. The demand for coal is no longer as great as it was a month ago.
  9. When killing/slaying monsters I will always wear a ring of wealth unless I'm afraid that there is a chance that I might die. It will improve your monster drops and very quicly pay for itself.
  10. If you go into the quest guide section, viewtopic.php?f=113&t=755092 you will find an overview of the quest. In the overview is a good summary of where each treasure is buried.
  11. go to the first floor of the varrock castle. Under the stairs is a Zammy mage in a cage. He can't get at you, but you can enfeeble and curse him. I would recommend wearing your heaviest armor so that your spell fails. You get xp irregardless of whether your spell suceeds or fails. Repeatedly fail to enfeeble him and you can get some good xp. I would recommend upgrading to curse when your level gets higher and continue the same trick.
  12. Fairy Tale Part one Quest for magic seculars
  13. I would use the 30 charges of low alch every day from your Explorer ring. That will work out to 930 free xp each day. I would recommend using curse to train your levels. Wear your best melee armor and cast curse on the Zammy monk in the prison under the Varrock Castle stairs. The spell will fail, but you still receive the experience. The experience will quickly add up, with relatively low rune use. I would go this route until you are able to cast high alch.
  14. They drop alot of limproots, so if you want to take them all bring a sommoning creature with extra holding slots.
  15. Avoid a name with numbers at all cost, it makes you look like you look noobish. You should consider something with Llama in it. Perhaps Llamaboy or Lord Llama.
  16. they are not tradeable, so you will need 4 bones, 4 pots and 4 buckets of slime. The prayer guide on Tip.it tells you how to do it if your not sure. http://www.tip.it/runescape/?page=prayer_guide.htm#ecto
  17. Don't forget that you can buy pineapples in Catherby and make your own supercompost. It will reduce your cost, as well as producing small amounts of farming experience.
  18. You might want to consider what resources the kingdom can produce that you would want to be using. For instance it would be considerably cheaper to have the kingdom mine you coal that to have it produce other items and then use that profit to buy coal in the GE. Fish can produce considerable cooking xp over time, while still providing a profit. Maples can be burnt and the seeds sold or farmed. I would recommend experimenting with different resources to find what works best for your long term character goals instead of focusing solely on short term profit.
  19. I've been there twice, once with 2300 then later with 3800 tickets and have yet to get a bronze defender. Good luck.
  20. Don't forget to top up your manage your kingdom fund, if you play that minigame.
  21. Thanks everyone. Since I have 3 seeds, I'll try out Port Sarim for a week and then plant another at Brimhaven. I think Brimhaven will be my tree's final destination, but Port Sarim might suprise me.
  22. I was wondering where people would recommend I plant my spirit tree seeds. I was going plant them at Port Sarim, but now with the cabbage port being so close I'm not sure where I want to plant them.
  23. Perhaps you could smith platebodies and alch them, training smithing and magic at the same time.
  24. Am I able to display god armor in my skill hall, and if so does it have to be all 3 pieces or can i mix and match it with god armor and regular rune armor?
  25. I was going to recommend the lesser demons under the volcano in Karamja. Basically almost any place that has a safe spot to range a monster can be used instead to use your halberd.
