There's no point in lbs and defender because z spear is better.

I would say gs>zs on irons/steels/brutal green dragons because of the prayer bonus. Verac's is useful for them too though, but I can't make any comparisons.

Verac's is you're best bet unless you are on a task with a z spear. Use the stab setting. OH and you can teleport there using some lunar spell I forgot what it was though.

Yes Z spear>whip on most dragons with high defence.

Waterfiends are great exp (70k or so an hour) and charms if you want to train summoning along with strength.

Try chenjs2's guide in the AOW. I remember some sort of formula for approximate exp somewhere.

If it was best for you before, I'm just saying that barrows has not changed due to summoning.

You can't use summoning in Barrows, so just do the way you used to do.

Use whip and defender, then buy dclaws for spec.

Remember that you can use combat familiars at zombie monkeys too, which really boosts the exp. Also they are WAYYYYYYYYY more afkable.

No leaf is marginally better at the KBD if you use a defender instead of anti dragon shield. (for both of course) Same for irons, but idk why you would do that if you can just zspear

If you want to train range and make money, use either Brutal Greens or aviansies, both around 45k exp and 400k profit, though Brutal Greens don't have crowds. If you want to train range, then chin. There's no reason IMO to do any else unless you really can't stand any of the options.
