  1. Problem: can't train strength Solutions: 1. Sell it, buy dragon scimitar 2. Go cry in a corner 3. Kill yourself Solutions most be done in this order! Don't kill yourself first, and then try to buy a dragon scimitar.
  2. Well they won't use melee. They use range and magic, and range is by far the most dangerous. So using Karils is adviced (high magic defence), along with protect from range prayer (so you won't get unwanted piercings). Use Dragon Mace or any crush weapon, it's said that you hit them quiet hard with crush attacks. You can't use poison, as they are immune. U will need a good ammount of pray pots, since you are praying non stop (unless you have a deathwish...) Take sharks too and happy slaying!
  3. Wow hold up...Marigolds sell for 2K+? Why is that?
  4. Well, I made my first 1.6 mil, and bought myself a whip. Now I'm going for 70 attack (69 atm, 40K to go). Stats: 70 strength, 68 defence and by the time I kill some drags, 70 attack. I want to make some money with D bones and D hides (green). Haven't been there in a while. Main goal is end up with 14 D bones, and 14 hides. I will use the next set-up: Helm of Neitzinot Amulet of Defence Rune Plate Dragon Skirt Anti Dragon shield (the orange one) Black gloves (might be mithrill soon) Rune boots Whip In my iventory I will carry 10 karambwan, and 10 monks. Free spots for the drops (8 empty spots, enough for 4 kills, by the time, I have used some food I think) But now I'm in a doubt. Should I use rune defender with anti fire pots instead of shield? Should I go with the granite plate instead of rune? Any suggestions for amulet? Next question is range Blue dragons. Range is 60, 61 soon. I will use rune c'bow with saphire (e) mithrill bolts Red D hide Frog leather boots Archer helmet Anti fire shield Accumulater (or how you spell it) I don't know what kinda ammulet to bring Archer ring is too expensive at this time. Could I kill enough drags to make a profit? Or should I wait till 70 range, and use Black D'hide? Any tips on armour set-up? Thnx in advance!

    Training

Well you have your goal: beat a friends combatlevel. I couldn't bother too last time I trained, but I want Slayer to 60 now, and it keeps me motivated, just because I get combat exp along with the slayer exp. The quickest way to level is Yaks, rock crabs or Experiments. But that won't keep you motivated because it's pretty much click and wait. Try Fire Giants for the good drops (such as rune arrows). And like Roeckie said: certain amount of drop goal. Go for seeds, charms, runes, arrows etc.
  6. Well some moneymakers that are not dangerous: Mining coal/iron (prices went up, should go down in a few days, maybe a week) Mining pure ess (always demand for it) Fishing lobsters in Catherby (from level 68, go to guild) Fishing swordfish (you will end up with lots of tuna, but they sell too for some gp) Smithing canonballs (good ol' cannonballs are still a profit)
  7. Fishing lobsters and swordfish can make you quiet some money. I do it myself nowadays since I burned down by chopping those yews... I can make 500K after a good day of fishing. Sell swordfish and lobsters raw. The prices are pretty high atm.
  8. Well, I have a hard time training magic. I just hate it. Now I was scrolling on tip.it and I read something about a swamp lizzard where I can train Strength, Range OR Magic with. But what's the exp an hour with a swamp lizzard? I will make my own guam tar (got plenty of guam and tar on bank)
  9. Well fast and fun moneymaking can't come together. I have 600K atm, and I fish some swordfish and tuna's. . You can try 50 barrow runs, and get lucky with a Barrow drop. Try killing some drags (green ftw) Since you got a whip, get some nice slayer tasks. You might find some nice drops Make cballs
  10. I did them with lower stats, 70 strength, and 68 defence and attack, and I can say: burthope. They will hit constantly, not very hard 8 or something, but they hit often. Will take you lots of food. I burthoped them after 60 or so...
  11. First of all, I want to get 70 attack and defence. I'm 68 atm, and strength is already 70. I trained at experiments, rock crabs, slayer...but find myself pretty bored. I know using slayer is the one to go with, but is there any other monster I can kill for some nice exp and a few drops to alch? Second...Herblore. I want to make super attack potions, and need 2 herblore levels. Gaining herbs is quiet a task, so buying them would be an idea...but I'm low on cash atm. What is the fastest, most profitable way way to train herblore? Profitable means: as less as possible loss of money, I'm willing to blow some of my 600K stash... Thanks in advance
  12. Pssssttt on tip.it is a mini game page. It says: Low Risk. You only loose items like arrows when you leave them, some food that you ate and potions you drink.
  13. I found myself doing this when I got 2 pouches. And You take 2 iventory places, for 9 extra essence. So totall of 7 extra ess each run. It's worth it!
  14. Cash only I thought. But Pay By Phone is possible in USA I suppose!
  15. Well I think that's a solution for him...
  16. Depends on your country. I can use a Wallie Card for example, weird people those Dutch! Pay by phone isn't available in any country. But that's your best guess. Just read the Runescape website.
  17. Bring nothing and train range to AT LEAST 60 (higher rec.) If you range now it would take long. Bring the follow: Maybe few sharks (not too much as you are in safespot) Rune c'bow and mith or higher bolts Anti dragonfire shield (the orange one will do) If you are the lucky one who has Rangeboots and/or hat, bring it! Otherwise Fremmenik Archer Helmet will do and the snake skin boots (Archer ring if you have one) Dragon Hide armor (best you can wear, depends on your range level).
  18. And it's a safe mini-game! No items lost but food and pots. So train up some stats, you have some experience, and try next time! You can make it =D>
  19. For a slayer assignment of Blue Dragons? No...he can't
  20. Maybe train range first to 60 and then range them. Is there safespot in the Watchtower? Otherwise take the Taverly dungeon. Burry the bones. Take some sharks. Less iventory space. Hides is up to you. Everytime you killed 10 or something and take the hides you have to bank them. It's some money, but you have to walk alot then.
  21. I'm currently mining to 85. Then you might consider updating your sig :-w
  22. Little off topic here but a question: Where can I enter the Fight Caves? I entered the player vs. player on the north-west side of Tzhaar. But where can I try my luck on the monster wave and try killing the strongest monster in RS? . You should be fine, and what all the others said: keep your head cool (and together) it's a fun try, and the reward is good. Did you manage to kill Jad?
  23. 2 rune plates? I don't see how that is bad...
