  2. That is sad if you uninstalled the driver and had no audio for 3 years.... It is safe to do. Just reinstall it or you most likely won't have sound. Might as well try it isn't working very well now obviously. Could be something with your web browser too.
  3. I don't know much about the touch but does it use wireless b? If so do you have that enabled on your router?

  5. Possibly a thermal issue? Did you have heat issues a while back? I used to have a few issues with my HDD, was fixed when I added in a new fan. I see. Well best of luck with your machine.

  8. I take it you in xp as in vista it is hard to delete unless you do it manually. I wouldn't recommend uninstalling Internet Exploder either as alot of application use it. I think it defaults back if i recall correctly. You could just download Internet Exploder before removing Firefox? Also what is Firefox not letting you see? Won't let me see some images and music players and has nothing to do with flash I have tried everything. Plus I did download internet explorer and when i restarted my computer thier was no internet explorer file anywhere so idk what to do.. Download and install this. That will make flash work in Firefox. For your downloads not showing up. Go to Tools >> Options... >> Click the main tab if it isn't already >> you should see where is it saving the downloads too you can change it if you wish but navigate to where it says and your downloads should be there.
  9. You would need a web based one that isn't java. So it looks like an ajax one.
  10. I would say you either have a really [cabbage]ty computer or you have something hogging all your resources. RuneScape does run java some what hard but that is pretty high cpu usage for RuneScape to be causing.

  14. Disconnect all media (ex: external hard drive). Remove everything but your mouse and keyboard and if it still doesn't go try removing mouse and keyboard too.

  18. What is your model number. There are lots of HP Pavilions.
  19. I do know that it is a little glichy for me. I do personally run chrome and 6-10 JRE for RuneScape and it runs rather nicely. Possibly something you might consider.
