  1. Never knew you could set a home page like that. Personally i would set the homepage your way much easier.
  2. Downgrade to ff2? I personally still run ff2 for my theme.
  3. Go to tools >> Options >> and then click the main tab. There should be a text box near the top where you can set one.
  4. If you in fact had the two above it is possible someone is using your computer remotely. As stated before. Do you have a firewall?
  5. You sound like you need to run a little intranet server to do what you want.
  6. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US ... hijackthis Look back up a few posts, sloter. ;) ... Bloodredsword already posted an HJT log, which I looked at the contents of and then posted my next few questions. :geek: ~Mr. Devnull Oops i was looking at page one.
  7. I hope that's not the case... *gulp* ...Then they would be stuck looking at buying a whole new TV just due to one small issue. :( ~D. V. Devnull Yes in most cases unless you can get the right little parts and solder them on right but that would be a pain in the [wagon].
  8. Doesn't your mom know that effectively stealing the wireless unit is potentially harmful to the computer you're on, and its' programs, as well as possibly having the chance of being destructive to your RuneScape account? You need to stop her from doing that while you're using the connection, before some real damage happens! That, or she's going to have to let you get an additional adapter! Pardon me while I fall over in shock now. <*DVD falls over, hitting the floor with a loud "THUD"...*> ~D. V. Devnull Personally i wouldn't go that far but, yes things could happen i won't say no to that. Unlikely though.

  10. I know the original poster had good intentions on this thread and in no way meant for his thread to turn out like this. Could a mod lock this cause all this is, is flame wars.
  11. It pry means again i am taking a guess that there is and incomplete, corrupt, or missing file.
  12. Your being a smart [wagon] to me and expect help? I can tell you around 10-13 too.
  13. Going to take a guess at this as i am no java expert but i think that error means it can't find a class object.
  14. You need to quit talking with letters i can't read that [cabbage]. Try a different browser and just see if it is safari, try updating JRE, try restarting your browser.
  15. I would personally just go but a network adapter they don't cast that much. If you can afford and an ipod you can afford a network adapter.
  16. Windows vista has a special program files for x86 applications so all his programs should run fine. I run vista x64 on one of my machines and all my stuff runs fine.
  17. I would put vista x64 to use all your 4Gb of ram. Vista as x86 which you have will only see up to 3GB. Second don't buy Microsoft office seriously. Go find someone that works for a large company that give about oem's dirt [wagon] cheap and get one if you want Microsoft office. Better yet just download Open office that will work with Microsoft office files too.
  18. It could also be that the posts on your tv/xbox are worn out or broken from someone hitting them and what not.
  19. That's like saying the US voted for George Bush, so George Bush must be an intelligent man. Most people are stupid and jump on bandwagons. The Mp3 players I suggest have better battery life than ipods, better screens, better sound, better price, FM radio, that's all there is to know. Not that i stand for apple or anything but, there media players(ipods) are good. I still have the original nano i bought a few years ago and i run rockbox on on it and it still runs solid. I see what your saying with the "bandwagons" though i know exactly what you mean too. I guess that if mine wouldn't have lasted as long as it has and was a piece of [cabbage] then i would be on your side. I am not and i think you better do you homework before you go off posting that they suck.
  20. You said previously that McAfee found nothing. Could you provide the names of the trojans/viruses? You asked if someone could be trying to hijack or is hijacking your pc. It is possible i will tell you that and i am not goign to tell you no but, highly unlikely.
  21. You could try reflashing your BIOS but i would do that last of all the steps. Could you state your OS? Is your power light blinking when you shut it down?
  22. It is cause it is just hypercam. Its visual quality isn't great.
  23. Was it updating the driver that did it? yup and screwing around with some of the stuff on control panel Glad you got it working.
  24. i would use Adaware and Spybot S&D to gather.
  25. Was it updating the driver that did it?
