  1. I went on there site expecting to find an easy to fix this problem but, when i got there and selected from the drop downs asp errors started to occur. Then i tired doing the keyword and all the comes up is VGA drivers. Did the mobo come with a cd? If not i would call the company and tell there there download system is messed up.
  2. Just to let you know your thread is dieing if not already dead. Try posting on some xbox boards?
  3. How do you know it was keylogged? Personally i think is operator error. You know 99.9% with a computer it is operator error. You were pry looking at something you shouldn't have been looking at and that is why you pry got your password stolen.
  4. He is using firefox. Also i would try reinstalling JRE.
  5. It could be your ISP.
  6. Try to make a simple one or a really secure one. I could make one for you and put lots of comments on it to show what each thing does. I won't be able to start on it though till tonight at around 5PM Eastern time though. Here is a really simple one that i found. Doesn't use cookies or anything to hold the login even after the session is lot but it will get the point of a simple login across.
  7. I wouldn't limit it to one picture. I would say make hide tags though.
  8. That is great idea. I will start doing that.
  9. With the exception of once I haven't burned a CD or DVD in a good 5 years. Ehm, HOW do you keep your backups? ~D. V. Devnull What you keep your back ups on cds or dvds? Personally mine are on a network server.
  10. No the user disabled embedding.
  11. If you know the piece of spyware software then you could try to remove it. If they are doing this via Looking at the IP addresses and Ports open that can all e done remotely via a switch or router so it is hard to stop that.
  12. Spyware watching the ports and the IPs that are used on that computer.
  13. Yes i know, but i've tried to avoid doing that. Yes i know and it isn't the funnest thing to do. Think about it though instead of sitting here try to find a solution your could just reinstall the OS and get it over with then just try to find a solution that you may never find.
  14. You could just reinstall the OS. 99% of the time that fixes it. I don't know that it needs to be taken to that extent but you could have had it reinstalled already.
  15. A little on what Clare said. You must be a complete idiot with no common since to supposedly over heat your xbox enough to make it resolder the joins. I can tell you that solder starts to melt at around 360 degrees and doesn't melt all the way till about 420 degree. So if your xbox is getting that hot you can only images what is happening to the other pats of it. As nadril said it would not surprise me if you voided your warranty by doing that which means you will be paying for your xbox to get fixed for a dumb [wagon] move.
  16. Could try PixelPost.
  17. Oh i never said it was going to be easy. Thanks for the useful link.
  18. I need to extract images from a PPT file. For those of you that don't know what a PPT file is it is a Microsoft Power Point File. I can't do several of the methods used as this is going to be web based. I can't have the users save the Power Point project as an HTML project either. There basically going to come to this site i will develop and then upload there PPT file and it will extract the images from the PPT file and then put it on the server temporarily and make and XML. The XML file and the images will be put into a zip folder that they can download. That is basically what is going to happen. My problem is i can't get the images from the PPT file. I was planning on doing this with PHP but i don't know if it is even possible. Also the servers this will take place on are UNIX based. If you have any hints or any suggestions they would be greatly appreciated.
  19. Personally i would buy a new drive and put it in or buy one of these viewtopic.php?p=6114027#p6114027.
  20. AVG

sloter replied to toast647's topic in Tech and Computers
AVG gives a ton of false positives. It'd call it's own mother a virus. Its free.
  21. Instead of putting the css right on the page i would jsut have php change what css file is included personally.
  22. Or even better, you could just buy an External Lite-On DVD Burner, so that you can do it all on your own. 8-) Here's a link to one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106056 Enjoy! ~D. V. Devnull Personally i would do Devnulls solution or try to find a DVD-RW internal one for your laptop.
  23. I am not much a VB man myself but i am sure Clare could help you with this one.
