If you're not done rune mysteries you can talk to the duke and drop the air tali, and get another one. Sort of like Anti-fire sheilds. But you're obviously done. :?

Rune pures have much les sof a boundary to def because the weapons and armour are quite low leveled. F2P are stil considered 'Rune pure' until the high 50's, because there is no armor like granite. I would recomend you to raise attack instead of strength, 99-80-45 > 80-99-45.

Often it's used alongside offense, I'm sure. In this game, you really can't rely on defence, though if you have enough for good armor, it'll help. You don't have to focus on defence to use it like most people think you have to focus on strength. Well obviously you're not going to wear a DFS and maple (d) blackjack. A good offence is a good defence, so a whip and defender with torags is pretty ideal.

Dharok helm is less defence then guthan/torag~verac.
