  1. How long have you been playing again?
  2. Well I agree, while the game is 'getting stupider' for little kids, I think jagex releases new content only the elite can interpret and use to its fullest potential. Along those lines, using things to thir fullest potential may be over serious. I don't know to be honest. I play for fun, I train range with all my own hand-made materials. ;)
  3. So, it's just an image on a screen, regardless of the fact that actual humans are behind the characters, actual time spent altering said images, etc...? An image on a screen is an image on a screen. To claim it to be anything more is blowing things out of proportion. That would be different for say, a masterpiece. But even so, masterpieces are made on real canvases, with brushes, from the hand of a fine artist. Sometimes it is a sculpture, made onto rock, bound to never disappear. But most of all it is something that has never been seen and done before that makes something a masterpiece. And I'm afraid Runescape, or any video games' graphics for that matter, are not special in any way, the graphics get better and better with time because technology allows it to be. People make the choice to waste countless hours of their life towards getting these pixels, that's their decision, but that doesn't make the pixels any more valuable, it simply underlines the sillyness of some people. Just like millions of people go to McDonalds, that doesn't make McDonalds a good restaurant, it just means that some people are silly. Because a human has touched something, that doesn't make it valuable, what's valuable is the human being itself. And if a silly computer game, that's supposed to make you happy, makes you miserable because of a pixelized item, then by all means smash the computer screen. You will be sad for a couple of minutes, wasting a perfectly fine monitor, you will be frustrated not to be able to play, but it won't be the end of the world and you will get over it, because it was never something important to begin with. Although I agree with some of your points, if something makes you happy, you give value to it, and it is actually worth something. It is valuable. That being said, depending on one thing for satisfaction may lead to addiction. I agree with that.

You don't need much armor. Well not at 99 defence that is. ;) Also use the ZMI world so you get hit less, and so you see noobs die. It happens like every twenty minutes, lol. Breaks the boredom.
  13. You can't sell the item back at all for four hours, even lower than what you bought it for.
  14. It's not wise to spend all your cash on one thing. I say you distribute it evenly among your lowest skills. :)
  15. You only need 1 talisman or tiara to enter the alter. To make a body tiara simply use a silver tiara on the alter. Only one is required to enter. Hope that clears things up. ;)
  16. Would be cheaper to mage.. much more effective too. :)
  17. I think they sell GE.
  18. I thought it looked cooler that way :(
  19. Mostly pixel by pixel. :P.
  20. Nice try... For the stuff you actually did make, try adding shading and working on your anatomy. Like shiny said, Marvel is a pretty good place to learn from. You also need to work on your perspective, the fence isn't bad, but it's certainly not correct. Also, detail seems to be missing from your sig. Look out your window (if you live in a city or something a park works) and look at the grass in the distance. Try to make your grass look like that. The same goes for the sky, try adding in clouds, changing the saturation from the horizon line to make it more realistic. Last is saturation. I must admit, you did a lot better than most beginners who use your standard ms paint colours with the saturation all the way to the max for everything. Your only real issue was the ice, you should lower the saturation on that and darken it a little. Sorry if this seems a bit harsh, I tried to keep it nice. Just keep working at it and you'll get better. I was alot worse than you when I started (granted I'm not that good now) but I got better with practice. Keep trying :) Thanks for the feedback, please take a look at edit 4 and tell me what you think.
  21. Train range for hp, not mage..
  22. My first ever sig, made entirely pixel by pixel.. EDIT2: EDIT3: EDIT4!!!: hate/rate please. :D Edit4 took a lot of time, updated :D.
