Well I'm pretty sure if you send the related files over to MakeUK (Super admin), he could possibly verify it and give permission for you to distribute it, granted it has usefulness over SwiftKit, or you could possibly join the SwiftKit team and help them in development. Just some recommendations. :)

  4. Try websites like Pipl.com and Lullar.com to find other ways to contact them, if you know any additional information (e.g. her emails, or maybe her first/last names since you seem like a close friend).

  7. Only to combat related stats (i.e. attack, magic, strength , range, defence, prayer, constitution, summoning, slayer and herblore). I'm not sure how herblore can be combat related and like smithing, crafting, dungeoneering and fletching isn't? Because extreme potions are untradeable and can be an advantage in PvP combat. Whereas fletching, smithing, crafting does not because there are no high-leveled armours/equipments associated with these skills that are untradeable to other players. Dungeoneering is debatable because of chaotics, and would be ambiguous because not everyone who is 80 dungeoneering would possess chaotics, and not everyone who has 200K tokens would spend them on chaotics. Not to mention chaotics are only obtainable at 80 dungeoneering at a minimum. So maybe Jagex decided to leave it out, not too much of a problem anyway. Chaotics are visible and extreme potions aren't, so just don't pick fights with chaotic if you don't want to be at an disadvantage.
  8. In most cases, gold farmers chargeback on Jagex once the account is banned. That or they use hacked accounts, which both ultimately come to the same outcome with Jagex losing in money. [qfc]291-292-13-63573822[/qfc]
  9. I wonder if 10 people 'glancing' on their screens, teleporting from each hot spot to another, each world, for a usual 8 working hours a day, would actually be more effective than botwatch?

  12. Did you request your account to be locked when you e-mailed their billing support team? Because that was the point of the e-mail, to get your account locked so that if you have a bank pin or anything, your account would be locked before your pin goes off. [email protected] is not going to help you at all. Trust me. Effectiveness as follows: 1. Manually recover the account since registered e-mail is removed. 2. Forums (do not rant, instead post according to what they ask on specific threads, e.g. previous passwords, all recovery information) 3. [email protected] You can't even recover your account if the hacker sets his registered e-mail on your account.
  13. I really did not intend to make a joke out of this thread. (if that's what all the likes mean :P) But I do admit that Jagex has very poor customer support besides billing issues.
  14. NOTE: Would be nice if you could get this pinned. :) __ So recently a lot of people have been getting hacked or their accounts hijacked by unknown people or hackers. This is due to many reasons, one of which is due to the database of many fansites being breaches, obtained and leaked for public malicious use. That's not the point, however. What is, is how you can get back your account fast with minimal damage to it. First and foremost, if you do not at least have a bank pin, do not expect any of your cash or items to be left in your account. But this guide will still help to prevent any further damage (such as bans from botting and mutes from advertising; both which can be resolved quite quickly but can be a nuisance) to your account. This guide utilizes JAGEX's greedy and obsessive nature to your benefit. Step 1: Once you've realized your account has been compromised, head over to this thread ([qfc]250-251-19-64037413[/qfc]) or any relevant threads in that section of the forums. Make this post brief to state your account's situation and request that your account be locked ASAP. Step 2: Contact their billing support team. This is important because many people who have been hacked attempt to contact them at their account help e-mail ([email protected]) and have never received a reply for them. It takes up to 2 months for them to reply from what I hear. This is where you will be contacting them - [email protected] 1. The title of the mail should be something like: "CREDIT CARD REMOVAL" or "CANCELLATION FOR CREDIT CARD" These are the e-mails that Jagex will go through first before others. Even if you do not have a credit card associated with the account, just put it that way to get attention of the customer support team. The contents of your e-mail should include these: 1. Login name (Not really needed) 2. Display name 3. Account being compromised by a hacker 4. That your account be locked ASAP 5. Credit card associated with the account removed They will take upto 48 hours to reply, but depending where you're from, they will reply as little as up to 2-3 hours. You will then receive an e-mail reply looking like this: NOTE: Most likely at this point the hacker's registered e-mail on your account will be removed and you can start the recovery process on the homepage. Step 3: Once your account it secure, start the recovery process by posting in this thread: [qfc]250-251-19-64037413[/qfc] From there on, slowly recover your account. It is also optional that you request an account detail wipe for your account. This removes all previous account information that the hacker could or could've used to recover your account.[/hide]

  16. Hacker probably knew you left your valuables out and knew when to strike you. I don't know how the recovery system works anymore, but if I were you, just post in most of the threads located here: http://[Use Quick Find Code]/[Please Use QuickFind Code]?250,251 Other than that, don't bother trying the [email protected] e-mail, will take you half a year for them to reply, just e-mail their billing support team and tell them your situation, and threaten them to manually remove your credit card associated with the account, that worked for a few of my friends.
