I completely agree, i watched every episode and some of the story lines in the last series were a bit "Top Gearish" Still very well made though, i'm a similar age and thought it was hiliarious the amount of times i could relate my own experiences to the show. Couple of examples: parents seriously, seriously considering to buy a Fiat Panda. Also, going to thorpe park when i was like 13 (i live 5 minutes away) looking for clunge. Going on a camping trip and getting my chair etc burnt by friends. Hoping for a christmas special or something!!

I was bored so checked out some adventure logs, turns out phoenix odin amoungst other top players still have a heap of quests to do and Somebodyy still does easy treasure trails. Thought that was pretty funny. Also, why did Zarfot change his name?!

If i was you i'd kill Cave Horrors, whilst doing daily activities and MTK. Maybe do some flipping on the side, or invest in a BGS with your 20mil and lend it out, people pay stupid money in W2 for any type of item like that.

I should get this quest done in the next few days. I'm in a bit of a dilemma as to how to split up the exp reward. Couple of things to consider when you give me advice... 1. One of my goals is to get a quest cape - i need to level Agility from 65 to 69 and also Construction from 62 to 70. 2. I'm a bit short of cash, and construction is expensive. 3. I imagine most people use the exp on RC/Summoning/Dung/Prayer since they are slow/expensive skills to train, however i already have a decent prayer level. 4. I could get construct from 62 (my level atm) to 65. Then i need 288k exp to get 70. I need 197k exp agility exp to get 69. 5. I'm urging towards using 2 x 100k exp on agility to get 69. And then 2 x 100k exp on construction which would leave me 88k short. I worked out from my current level, to get to 70 including the 2 x 100k exp rewards i would still need to spend 2mil on oak larders. 6. So are construction and agility bad choices? I always planned to use it on RC but i can break even at ZMI even though it takes a while. Any thoughts/comments welcome.

So i'm almost ready to start doing While Guthix sleeps (2qp off) I always like to read up on quests before i do them just so i'm familiar with the items i might need (that may not be instantly buyable on the g/e ;)) etc... Accidently spelt Guthix like 'Githix' and couldn't help notice this, thought it was pretty funny

Probably attempt number 7 or 8. Kyatt worked brilliantly. Also got this with the reward. Had 53 zeal points left so i split it between 5 skills. I lost about 2.5mil on potions etc/failing attempts but finally did it.... feels pretty good now :D

Anyone know why mitres are crashing though?

I'm starting to think that i'm a little behind on technology. All good questions start with a story... I'm hooked on the series Dexter. I live in the UK (region 2) so all DVDs come out much later than they do in the USA. When i discovered Dexter season 1 and 2 were already released, and so i waited to buy season 3 until the UK release date. But for season 4 i'm already impatient and want it now. I just need it to play on my DVD player (which isn't multi regional) which means buying a region 1 DVD. So i'm drawn to this ebay advertisement (click here) How can he say 2004 onwards? As far as i was concerned DVD players had to be microchipped in order to play multi region DVDs, they don't just enhance with time - however i'm led to believe either something can be done to the discs now to enable them to work or this is just another brainless idiot on ebay with an empty promise. My DVD player is post - 2004 so if i buy it will it play? It's not alot of money to find out but i'm trying to be more cautious and not throw my money around. Any insight into the subject would be great, i'm quite interested in the topic and would like to be more knowledgeable.... (Please don't tell me to buy a better DVD player or wait...)

Anyone know anything about how Bob shirts are doing? I have one or two thinking their street was quite high but graphs suggest otherwise. Also, mitres. These have all suddenly dropped since the elite clue update, (why????) including the 3 that we already had. I bought a load of ancient mitres at 60/70k each thinking they would go back up to the price that the existing ones were. If there are few ancient/bandos/arma ones in the game then why are the crashing so hard and fast?

Thanks for ideas guys but never really answered my question, i'm not after brilliant sound quality - just something that will last for a long time. Is the connection and wire thickness/quality the same between the different price ranges basically (i'm sure there's more to it than wire thickness but you get what i mean)
