  1. That's a nice bunch of Runecrafting Exp as a reward Also nice that i have all the reqs for once!!
  2. Not sure if i have style or not, off topicerz?
  3. I got dragged along to a Jumble sale (Basically an old junk/clothes sale for charity) by my grandparents when i was about 11/12. Picked up 4 or 5 football programmes from the FA back in the 50s for 5p each (pristine condition FTW!). My Dad sold them for me on ebay for £200.... Lot of money when you're that age lol
  4. Just got a PS3 today, mainly going to use it for it's blu - ray capabilities but will probably buy a few games aswell. - Haven't bought games in ages and when i had my PS2 i just stuck with the same 1 or 2 games and played them to death, so i'll probably do the same. Which is the best Call of Duty game, in your opinions? (single player and online) Just picked up the newest Burnout game cos i like that series. Thinking maybe Fifa11 and Gran Turismo and then possibly the new Driver game when it comes out. Any suggestions?
  5. spot the glitch and also... poor smellysocks. Isn't win all day the guy that lost a phat in the wildy? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dpT78nXwtr0&feature=player_profilepage#t=52s
  6. Santa's were 55m about 6 hours ago. Now they're 85m - tempting to sell mine, but going to wait a week or two for everything to stabilise me thinks.
  7. Depends what your levels are/what tasks you do. Alot of people consider barrows overkill, which is part of the reason they use bandos (and the str bonus ofc) My setup (for general melee monsters)... Full slayer helm Fury Guthan's plate (could use Dharok or Torag, same bonuses - guthans was cheaper when i bought it) Verac's skirt (could use dharok or torag, but i like the added prayer bonus) Dragon boots Dragon defender Whip SW cape + Bunyip For mage-ish monsters (bloodvelds, sceptres, aquanites) i would use karils. Not sure what your levels are though, chaotic weapon would be better, and unicorn if you're 88 summoning. Guthan's is trash so don't waste your money on that.
  8. Yeah pickpocketing the volunteers should get you about 70k/hr and coshing a little bit more if you concentrate.
  9. Sorry if this has been discussed, i haven't read through the thread. What do you think they mean by "immediately?" Because normally there would be about a 60 second wait before any other player could see the item you dropped.... or do they literally mean - as soon as you drop an item, other players will be able to pick it up within a second?
  10. Some of the guys in that screenshot are still regulars on the forum - try PMing them to see if they still have you added. If so, it will show any change to your display name.
  11. Get a 70mil + bank  Good score :D
  12. There are 100 different ways to train herblore - make a profit by cleaning herbs or make a herfy loss mixing potions. 80 prayer is awesome for slayer and PvM In my opinion, buy back your tassy and chestplate. They will be the armour of choice for a long time, just because the new armour is so hard to come by and 99.9% of players can't afford it.
  13. Booooo! I enjoy reading this thread, looking at theories and reading the opinions of the 'elites' As much as i like Zarfot's humour, it would be nice to see him post here on a more serious level for people to enjoy. (...Despite the brown-nosing that will probably occur  )
  14. Korasai's/Dragon scimmy and dragon defender would be my primary choice - depends where you're going to train tbh
  15. I can't really remember anyone mage staking back in the day, but i expect a fair few people will do it with the newer armour/spells/weapons. From what i did see, people just used Ice barrage since it was the hardest hitting spell, but you're plan sounds good. I'm also thinking the fact that the right click option is 'autocast' may deter people a bit. Hmmm.... Anyway, with your stats you could do just about any type of staking pretty nicely.
  16. My usual method is tele to cammy, run to catherby and charter ship. There's probably faster ways though.
  17. 4% Pretty much banked 88 herblore. Making all these regular energies, then finishing it up with some extremes for personal use I reckon it's gonna take me at least a month, i have a short attention span for monotonous tasks >.<
  18. ^ your link is missing a closing bracket ^ Anyway, yeah i heard about that guy - ran through the night to win the marathon. Longest i've stayed awake for is 32 hours - watched 24 in 24 just after a 6 hours shift at work, that took quite alot out of me. Also, i think the record is 11 days with no sleep - can't be healthy though, unless you're a pro scaper.
  19. I did realise that even though super restores are twice as fast, they are also twice the cost. With my current plan of Regular energy pots, 41,000 of them will leave me 250k short of 88 - which i will then use to make potions for slayer. The main aim was to get an EEE with the sale of my SGS, and i'm doing that. I don't think i'll give up when i see all the supplies in my bank.
  20. I had a look at the graphs and chose regular energy pots to get to 88. I'm gonna make 41,000 of them and then the rest in extremes for slayer use. Super restores were like 20 mil more expensive, i wanted to pay for it all with the 37,5mil i got from my SGS. Regular energy pots aren't gonna crash any more and the supplies are on the way down too which is nice. It's gonna be a long, long week/two/three - especially making those daym unf pots. Finished off all but 1 level i need for all the easy/medium/hard tasks in all diaries. 500 logs to burn tomorrow morning then on with herby :) Thanks to all who contributed
  21. Sold my SGS, and yes slayer will be my main 'in game time consumer' Combat related stats are where most my goals lie, so yeah. Super restores still come in quite expensive, but i suppose it's faster - and i will use most of them in slayer instead of prayer potions. When it comes to 84 are recover specs/super antifires (at 85) the best way to go to 88? Should i consider boosting for other extreme potions? If so, how many? Mind you, suppose it alls come down to how far i'm going to train slayer.

this guide is worth a read http://forum.tip.it/topic/218712-the-guide-to-using-brawling-gloves-wip/
  23. Yep Any more opinions? I'm thinking of doing a selection of potions.
