  1. Thanks for the advice guys - this should defiantly help me :D
  2. Can anyone give me some dungeoneering advice? I've got up to 60 almost all by tears of guthix and entering resource dungeons. I'd like to get it to 70, to finish my all skills 70+ goal. Eventually when i settle down with slayer again i'll do it more seriously for a rapier but for now i just want to know the best way for me to get to 70. Any xp rates would be appreciated also. I don't have the commitment at the moment to join a team. Thanks.
  3. All skills 60+ again. 95% from tears of guthix. 15 levels from all 70+ Will hopefully get it before new capes are bought out. Still hopeless at dung, c1 solo rush only gets me 300xp/5 minutes. Did it for the last 10k xp lol
  4. I personally kill the 6 brothers, then 5 monsters to get a killcount of 11. Any higher than 11 gives you a chance of getting a D Med, which is kind of a slap in the face. (Which I believe most people want to avoid?) I don't think brothers count as KC anymore. I get 3 KC and that gives me runes back, also wear a ring of wealth for additional prayer pots from the chest - they usually lengthen my run by about 3 chests. Anything above 20 KC is pointless.
  5. Sharks/monks/swordies don't cost much, use cooking gaunts if you have them. This is a handy tool... http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Cooking_fish
  6. At over 200 chests, my drop rate is almost exactly 1 in 20.
  7. Not a lot of people have seen the new H & A guidelines... ...I'm hoping this forum sorts itself out as more people see this. OT: I've tried veracs with extremes/super antifires and it's not bad, obviously the hit through armor effect doesn't hit all the time - but people get the same problem using enchanted addy bolts. Personally i prefer range, but only kill them on task however. I think with the seers elite done the bolt armor piercing effect works more regularly but i haven't heard anyone rave about it so it can't be that good. So veracs is ok, worth a go defiantly with your stats - but there are faster ways of killing them.
  8. There was a giant "HYT SPOTTED" picture thread somewhere in general discussion but i can't find it. I still hyt people fairly regularly, if i don't see them much/in crowded areas.
  9. @GuidesForScapers. Saw Me vs Hero just down the road a couple of weeks ago - didn't realise they had that many youtube views  Couple of nice levels, edging closer to 2000 total than i thought
  10. Referring to this page... http://runescape.wikia.com/wiki/Calculators/Potions ...The average price of potions you might want to make is ~15gp/xp You need about 5mil xp to get to level 90 so you're looking at about 75mil. However once you hit the mid 80s it's defiantly worth doing extremes to 90 which will cost a bit more.
  11. Just went to check out the rants section, and the issue of bots seemed to stick out a bit A sticky for bot related rants might be worthwhile... until they die down anyway!
  12. The general rule is 1 dose of restore for every 3 doses of brew, but obviously you can restore more frequently.
  13. Remember the days when if you died, you lost your cashpile?
  14. Not sure how outdated this is, but it might help you . http://forum.tip.it/topic/185552-misunderstood-monsters-wyverns-and-more/
  15. First Spiritual mages task. Don't really like them - no charms, no effigies, and too spaced out... But profit isn't bad. Also got 3 effigies in my previous 3 tasks
  16. Report it to Jagex
  17. As a general rule i re-pot at 10 levels higher than my current level. (for example i'm 85 attack and re-pot at 95) When i'm fighting higher level monsters i might re-pot more frequently.
  18. Awesome! - Thanks for this, i'll pass it on to the team
  19. 71 helps for the chain in the slayer tower - i've got a few 1 dose agility potions for when i go up there since i don't have the level yet.
