I can only answer the last part of the question, as I myself am also looking for the best setup. Anyhow, I go every 3-4 days (I can't sit there for any more than that knowing there is 500k pure profit sitting there) by fairy ring (CIP). I bring a pickaxe to mine coal to egt favour up cause it's next to the fairy ring. Hope I helped!

Capture the flag mostly, cos I just smoke the flag, capture it, and run off somewhere. That or sit miles away and snipe. In MGS4 I love the game mode where one player is snake and one is the MGMk.II. That is awesome!

You should add that having terrorbird scrolls will speed this up A LOT.

As you've probably noticed, many fairly high value items are dropping at an insane rate right now. My question is: Do you think these items will ever rise in price again? Will they ever be as expensive as they were a few weeks ago? I think that they might keep dropping for a while, and then level out for a bit, then shoot sky high when the new PVP comes out because more will be lost, and more people will want one for killing stuff, including each other. Discuss.
