Damn, I wanted to join the team awhile ago. I still want to. If you think you have cash to keep up servers for a such game, you are wrong. You definitely need a P2P option to help you, unless you are a millionaire. About P2P: I would like if it would exist, but I think it shouldn't give you too much benefits. The ratio should be around equal for F2P and for P2P. Kinda like in AdventureQuest.

I'd say definitely scanlines. And making thumbnails bigger while holding cursor on them is also a great idea.
