Hey, I recently bought a Creative Zen Vision:M mp3 player, and have about 20 gigs to fill and was in need of some music suggestions. Just to give you an idea of what I'm in to so that you don't recomend completely the wrong thing. -Muse -Anberlin -Foo Fighters -Feeder -Jimmy Eat World So any ideas on other bands I should get into would be great. Thanks :)

Band names eh? Me and my band had the same problem heh :P. Don't know if there's much to suggest, you could always just poach a word from another language that sounds cool :o . Other that that, random emotions are good, hysteria, distain, remorse etc etc.

I'll admit, for ease of interface, the ipod is probably better. But after a couple of hours/days you'll be used to the zen, and once you are used to it, it's easy enough to navigate

I love the sig, the avatar isnt as good in my opinion thought ;). Good colours, good font, good style, good sig 10/10 :)

It's all over the press here in NZ. Seems weird that he'd decide to sue them now, but despite it being such big news, only a couple of lawyers have come forward, willing to take the case. Wonder why :P. Supposedly, the plots of both are very similar, but in the kids book the two are spies, not assassins, for obvious reasons. Things like the phonecalls that they would make, the sprinkler system, how Mrs Smith always had dinner ready at 7 etc etc.

If, like you say, you want accesseries, then buy an ipod. But personally i'd get a better player, rather than a flash cover. I'd buy a zen microphoto in your case, creative players are great, I've had a micro and have a vision:m on the way :). The microphoto's OLED screen is particually nice :).

I don't mean to sound ignorant, but P.E in schools, which I think it what your talking about I think is a godsend. Its a period off where you can muck around and play games with your mates, and forget about the calculus test next period or whatever. I dont know what its like in America, but here in N.Z. the amount you have to do P.E. goes down the higher year level you are. Here you can do P.E. as an assesed subject that can go towards your university entrance etc etc. It may be different for you, but the main thing to do is try and enjoy it. If you go into P.E. with such a bad attitude as yours, then yes, it will be trash. But try thinking that its a chance to take a break and have some fun, then you'll be into it. In a few years time you'll be wishing you could play a game of sports with a bunch of other people your age

Heya, just like to say there are some nice collections here (Dan, Merc, Black), I'm very envious :P I'd post mine, but i only have like 10(?) it'd be bigger but im still in school, no income and saving anything I do get for going overseas, but hey, maybe when I get around to it, ill post it :P

Ouch, they really suck dont they ? Rugby is my killer too, althought I tend to stay out of most of the rough stuff :P not my game at fullback :D. D'oh, you see I'm a back too, and I sometimes play FB. You could say though, in defence, I don't know my limitation. Think: Jonah Lomu running over (literally) Mike Catt in '95 Haha yeah, i treasure that video, being a New Zealander and all :P. I dont really try and tackle with intent to hurt the other guy, just enough to get him out or on the ground :) . And yeah i agree ForsakenMage, I play badminton too, people just don't realise how physical it can be :P, well all the running around the caught usually leads to a couple of sprained ankles a season :(

I enjoy Roy Orbison's 'Black and White Night' its a great wee concert :)

Love it, a bit of a fanatic, I also have both the first two seasons on DVD and watch them a bit too much probably :P . But i think i like the meaningful episodes better than the funnier ones, im strange like that :wink: .

OhFour, do you feel cool posting the worst pics of the Zen Micro on the net in compared to some of the best of the Nano? I could do the exact same thing with good pics of the Micro and vice versa. I don't want to get into a big arguement but you have to at least give it a chance, i don't hate the ipod, just prefer the Zen, just because you like the ipod isn't a reason to hate the Zen. Looks better already :wink:

Actually they are, but its more over the menu system that creative pioneered. And I agree with trapical, i also have a 5gig Zen Micro and I am very happy with it and should i replace it, it would be with another creative player rather than an ipod because of their FM radios.

I loved Alex the Kid too! Would spend hours playing it on my SEGA Master system back when I was like 6 ^_^, recently found out it is actually called 'Alex Kidd' silly us :oops: . Best game of all time? I've always had a thing for Civilisation 2, but if your meaning on a consule and not computer, i dunno, never had anything since my master system :cry: .

They're computer parts, in particular, a video card and a motherboard, and hes getting a CPU and some ram later. Wow your lucky, oh well only 24 more days to wait for the rest of us

Yeah man! While i wasn't as keen as you i only got up for the league, am watching the rugby replay now :P . Whoa what happened to Australia in the league? The ref wasn't helping them i'll admit :wink: , neither the video ref. But great stuff, Bluey is a champ, bad luck Aussies :D .
