  1. There is a difference between nudity and sex in films though - I do want to make that distinction. For example, take Schindler's List. There's a large amount of nudity in that film - the majority of it is non-sexual and simply serves to be historically accurate (like the concentration camp prisoners showering naked). On the other hand, there are several moments where a naked woman randomly appears in bed, and another scene that would probably qualify as a "sex scene". Neither of these moments add anything to the film - in fact the most poignant and memorable sexual interaction in that film is one where both participants remain fully clothed (Amon talking to Helen in the basement).
  2. looks like you should be sending us intro messages instead of wasting your time on pof :P

    Today...

40%? Wow. Seems like universities are so out of touch with the reality of programming for a living.
  4. I've yet to watch a movie where a sex scene added anything to the plot.
  5. I'm not sure what nudity is, I think some should be posted in this topic for "clarification" purposes only :P
  6. I'd caution against using w3schools: http://w3fools.com/
  7. I'd imagine that they can agree that no matter how you phrase it, acting like a friend will, in most cases, probably gain you friendship and nothing more.
  8. It's not really about whether the story is plausible in itself...more like whether it's believable it its own context...if that makes sense.
  9. I thought the story in MW sucked compared to the first two...and yeah, I thought black ops 2 was better.
  10. Okay, so I actually managed to play the entire story mode bug-free. It was pretty good. Can't say it stacks up to Cod1 or 2 but it was definitely better than MW.
  11. I have a fedora, but not a neckbeard or cargo shorts. Can I tout being classy? You may not have a neckbeard, but if i recall correctly you have a pretty [bleep]ing mustache, so that probably counts
  12. Dat neckbeard. Personally I'm the swaggiest yoloer who every lived....once.
  13. Decided to buy this, regretting it already.
  14. I'm just trying to make the ground feel noticed But does it ever notice you back? You can't keep giving and giving yourself to it! The more I drink, the closer I get to it ;)

    Today...

Probably...I remember the road sign test I did was retardedly easy. For example they'd show you a sign with a deer on it, and your four options would be something like: deer crossing, construction, train crossing, or stop sign....
  16. Watched the Hunger Games. Not quite as bad as I was expecting...5/10.
  17. Yeah Boxing day is nothing like that. Still I never shop on boxing day if I can avoid it...
  18. Battleship was atrocious lol. Pretty much the poster child for generic, empty Hollywood mass production. Anyway, watched the dark knight rises. It was pretty good, but not as good as TDK. 6.5/10.
  19. http://www.webcitation.org/6CIelbltz (WebCited permanent copy due to rapid development of story, last accessed 2012-11-19, 21:15 GMT) IDF admitted they did not know that Mr. Rabiyah, head of Hamas's rocket-launching operational unit, was inside the building at the time or not, but had bombed it anyway, admitting civilian casualties were a significant possibility. The resulting explosion killed four children and five others. Since the violence escalated six days ago as a response to Operation Pillar of Defense, at least thirty-four Palestinian civilians have been killed, although Palestinian sources claim this is considerably higher at over fifty. Palestinian sources also claim that the civilian injury total is now approaching one thousand. I've seen some images--I won't post them here because it would be grossly inappropriate of me to do so, but suffice to say, they're not fully grown men with a few bits of shrapnel hanging off their limbs (some of the images being circulated are actually from the Syrian conflict, but there's no doubting some of them are bona fide). This is an operation Israel claims it is carrying out in self-defence, that the deaths of at least three dozen Palestinian civilians, including women and children, and the mass destruction of infrastructure already crippled by an Israeli blockade which the UN has heavily criticised in the past, in a region world leaders have declared the densest "open air prison" known to man, has been a fully justifiable retaliation for the killing of three Israeli civilians in rocket attacks last Monday. It isn't a full-out invasion, but I am still truly baffled by your definition of "remarkable self-restraint". If Mexico's economic status was anything like Palestine's due to embargoes placed on it by the US, I would barely be surprised if Mexicans voted an Hamas-like group into power simply out of desperation. Israel has been putting up with basically constant rocket bombardment for decades...and they aren't even occupying the territory that's doing it. On their other side they have a country like Iran who has expressed the desire that all jews should be wiped from the map, and is building nuclear weapons...and they haven't invaded. Like I said, remarkable self-restraint. Note: I'm not claiming Israel is innocent; they aren't. But they could have done much, much more considering the circumstances.
