Speaking of lag, is there any way I can reduce door-lag in dungeon? As the dungeon starts to get more open I end up lagging for about 3/4 seconds, which usually ends up either wasting a few Prayer or Life points. Obviously it's particularly troublesome when you lag into a room with high level monsters that you can't hood. I imagine having a ping close to 100 on W99 isn't helping, is it just going to be more effective to dungeoneer on other worlds?

Sorry to hi-jack, but when boosting for pots, does the minute timer for stat reductions start as you enter from the lobby, or is it a regular time (eg. always at 55s or something) that you can skip by jumping into the lobby then back in?

I still imagine that the poison effect, special attack and lack of degrading is likely to come at the cost of stats worse than the rapier.

Having looked at the RSOF, I feel compelled to point out that the whip upgrade offers a new poison effect, as well as a new special attack. The way I see it, the vinewhip is an alternative to the rapier, not a replacement. If you want poision + spec, use your vinewhip, if you want raw DPS, get your rapier (even though dclaws/korasi + rapier will probably be a more potent combo in terms of combining spec and primary weapons :P).

Regarding Med School, the best advice I can give you is do whatever you can to get some kind of experience. Shadowing Doctors was probably the most informative and interesting thing I did when I was trying to decide. If, after that you're still interested, don't let yourself worry about not getting in/not being able to cope. If it's something you're really passionate about you'll get there, be it in 4 years or 24.

Botters who've had their stats reduced as a punishment? Otherwise, they don't. Actually never mind they wouldn't be able to wield a Rapier without 80 Dung anyway. Weird.

So I'm gonna borrow a BCP off someone to replace my rune and switch out my Verac's helm with my Neitz. Should I take Broad bolts to kill the Healers, or will my 100 Diamonds be ok to take all 4 + Jad? @Fire: I thought the Healers did their healing now so long as they're near Jad, regardless of whether they're focused on you or not?

So I'm planning on going for a Fire Cape run, so I figured I'd just check that my plan isn't completely stupid. The inventory/equipment setup I'm planning is this: Hopefully I'll be able to find an acp to replace the black d'hide body, although will it be more sensible to use my loan on a bcp? I chose Ardy Cape 3 for some Prayer bonus. My plan is basically to melee up to Jad, and then Range him, but I have two questions: 1) Is this actually sensible? I figure melee will be faster, and I should be fine before Jad if I'm kiting the 360's. If so, which bolts should I get for Jad? I'm thinking ~100 Diamond (e), but I thought I might as well ask. 2) What is the best thing to do with healers? Do I just lure them away from Jad and then continue using the Long Range attack style? Thanks very much!

Make Water Battlestaffs to level 66 crafting then Air Battlestaffs to 70, it's pretty cheap and quick (once the staffs are bought).
