Dueling rings + septre tele is far faster than using the bank to the east, it takes less running and you get teleported into the correct chamber. Prayer isn't needed at all, just bring a bit of cheap food (I use salmon). Don't bother theiving the chests in rooms that aren't your best or 2nd best.

I do 4 curries (all fruit patches but the elven one), 5 willows, 1 toadflax in the Catherby herb patch since I have to run past it to get to the Catherby fruit tree patch, and 1 ranarr in the Trollhiem patch. Gets me about 20k xp per run and doesn't much. Allotments are a lot of hassle for little experience.
